Recommend Me a Game to Review (LOCKED)
I've never been the most original user when it comes to trends on this platform, but this seems like a pretty fun idea. Doesn't have to be a game that's specifically in my backlog, it could be whatever you have on the mind.
I'd imagine I won't put much time into the list until the start of 2022 since I've got a lot of my plate already, but it would be nice to have something to look forward to for the new year.

Magenta Horizon :p
My favorite game in your backlog is Capcom vs SNK 2
radiant silvergun
@MrPixelton this is one I've heard universal positivity around without hearing anything specific about what's in it, so this is the perfect recommendation for a list like this. I'll definitely be checking it out soon 🙏
@GoufyGoggs I've never heard of this one but the cover art looks really charming, I'll definitely have to give it a look!
@DustyVita As a fan of versus games CvS2 has been hanging over my backlog like an albatross, but now that I finally got Fightcade working I have no excuse not to give it a spin
@bea I'll take any excuse to check out Treasure games I've missed
Snatcher
streets of rage!
Outrun
@GutterTrash definitely one of the coolest games i've never played, hopefully that assertion of it's quality remains true when i actually get around to playing it
@kingbancho was there a specific title you had in mind or is it a series i should play from one entry to another? seems like a pretty short series so i wouldn't mind running through em all regardless
I recommend the following:
Comix Zone
Fallout New Vegas (cuz I know you got it)
& Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic.
I'm fine with you doing just one of these or if you do all three, but those are my recs.

Ronde
Mega Man Zero
If you can emulate Ps2: Gregory Horror Show
If you cant: Bubba & Stix (Mega Drive)

No more heroes
@Chap I'll have to look into Saturn emulation, but I'm sure my computer can handle it
The Evil Within. Cant recommend it enough since its so overlooked
@Akkusativ I vaguely recall feeling underwhelmed as I watched a friend play ~30 minutes of it at launch, but I'm definitely willing to give it a fair chance
@LukeGirard I also hated the start but once you get to a certain part (location is spoiler) the game will probably hook you
One game per person? Then I've gotta recommend Summon Night: Swordcraft Story, underrated GBA Action RPG, killer aesthetic and fun characters, I highly recommend using the female main character and the Sugar partner when playing it. Even if you don't end up liking it, I always enjoy more people trying it!
@Jamesbuc emulation won't be an issue 👍
@PKMudkipz I've only ever played the classic and X series up until now, so I'm excited to try some more Mega Man adjacent stuff
Klonoa: Door to Phantomile!
@mutyumu ooo I've been meaning to check out Klonoa for a while, good call!
