Terrible graphics, lacks basic features for a game of this kind and is overall a mess... but is a fun mess and a step in the right direction for this franchise, so I will take it.
Wouldn't recommend buying it at full price though, not worth it.

There is just something about how this game plays that makes it so satisfying. I find myself coming back to it from time to time and having as much fun as the first time.
Also, story and characters are so silly that it ends up being endearing more than cringe.
PS2 era really gave us amazing games.

I don't think I can't put into words how insanely cool this game is. Fun puzzles, such fleshed out characters and well-rounded story, all with that charm only Shu Takumi games have. Enjoy it!

I've never worked in better conditions! Would recommend.

Nice game to have on your phone to play when you don't have anything better to do. The Pokemon formula works wonders with Roguelike/lite mechanics.

Beautiful game, although I have problems with the way the routes/decisions were handled. Still, was worth the wait.

To this day, I still think about how my little boy is doing. I keep opening the game, waiting for him to appear to say hi... The game really did a wonderful work making everything feel real.

This have been my first game on this franchise, now I want to bonk monsters and do weapons with them forever. Really excited to play more games!

This is such a gorgeous and amazing game, really wish more people could enjoy it.
For a PS2 game, it aged like fine wine.

I still can't believe this is a Pokemon game. Unbelievable.

Not only a terrible game, but the first ever MOBA to be P2W...
I also want to talk about how it probably has the most horrible and lazy cosmetics I've ever seen on a F2P game.
You telling me people are paying about 20-40€ on Pokemon with just clothes on? While other games offer you whole new models, animations, particles, voice lines, interactions, etc, for less of that price?
Another lazy cashgrab mobile game from a franchise I once loved from the bottom of my heart...

More monsters to bonk, more weapons to make.

I love this game! Beautiful pixelart, interesting story and Curly is a sweetheart. The controls felt very good (except for the dash+jump mechanic, which is a bit clunky). I like the variety of weapons and how there is always a situation to use each of them at least once. The exp system is also nice and really encourages you to be cautious, analyze each step you make and learn the bosses' patterns.
I didn't like how hided the true ending is though, the actions you have to do to unlock it are too specific and hard to notice without a guide. Also, the ending itself feels a bit unfair... it's a way too long plataforming section with a mini-boss and then the final boss without a single checkpoint. Thematically I can understand what Pixel was going for, but I really got tired of repeating the same map every single time I messed up in the boss fight...
Despite this, I still think this is a beautiful game that everyone should play.
