Can't believe I got the bad ending after I brutally slaughtered everyone in my path

Never forget what they took from you

Certainly one of the dlcs of all time

Got around to finishing it and yeah, it's pretty damn good, ending made me tear up and such.

I been thinking about this game for a bit, and I've realized just how good it truly is. The campaign has a brilliant story full of emotion with large scale exciting action. And the characters, specifically the three main protagonists, are in my personal opinion, some of the most well written characters in history. All of them have depth and nuance, and they all feel incredibly real based on their lives, but that's just Rockstars specialty I guess.

Hopefully I'll pick it up again in the future and actually find enjoyment in it but as it stands I couldn't finish it.

The story was incredibly uninteresting and Aloy as a protagonist was really unlikable and flat. The gameplay lacks any depth and the open world is so empty and boring.

I seriously wonder how this became one of modern PlayStations biggest franchises.

Finally did some trophy clean up and got the platinum

Got the platinum, great game. Really wish the sequel got greenlit since it had the most perfect set up

Gameplay is even more frustrating than InFamous and it doesn't even have the good story or characters to prop it up

Short and sweet, not really any complaints beyond the voice audio quality sounding weird but that could've been on my side of things.

Honestly quite a good game, although the first few hours aren't great and the bike mechanics weren't the best. The story and characters started off pretty weak but when the game really picked up, it really picked up. Gameplay is really fun once you start buying better weapons and unlocking items.

Praise out of the way, this would've been a 4½★ game if it weren't so plagued with technical problems. Throughout my playthrough I experienced 2 crashes, multiple game breaking glitches, and a framerate that would constantly drop below 20 which really did hinder my enjoyment of the overall experience.

Now for some critiques of the actual game, the open world felt incredibly empty, especially before horde fights got marked on the map. While the bike was fun to ride it felt incredibly fragile even with upgraded parts and I would constantly have to hop off and repair it (my poor driving skills didn't help).

2013

Haven't bothered actually playing it yet as it requires ps plus but JSchlatts DayZ videos are really funny

A thoroughly terrifying and fun game, although the 2nd run could've been much better
