Had a good time with what I played, but the overtuned fights and bad fight designs (overwhelmed party, terrible placement, etc) that encourage save scumming just aren't interesting
Other than that it was fun but those encounters really just killed the game for me (the one that made me drop it was the one near the entrace of Arx). That and all the cheap stuff that make you just skip a turn because fuck you.

Incredible adventure RPG, the dungeons are all cool, the mid part after getting the boat is amazing, though maybe a bit confusing on a first playthrough. Cast is also way more interesting than the one in the first (good guy, hothead guy, quiet guy, healer girl)
Last boss was oddly not very balanced, and I still don't like overworld djinn (they're even harder to find in this one)

A very solid base but replays are rough when you know how much better the sequel is. Very linear and the dungeons are quite basic in this.

A little linear but really fun with a lot of good side quests coming out of nowhere.
Combat was so-so but mostly avoidable, the last mission was just really bad in that regard.

Gameplay ended up way more engaging than I expected but god, the start was tedious and the story excruciating most of the time.
Please never let this man make a film.

Very good iteration on the previous one. Loved the exploration.

First half was kinda good but then it kinda devolved into a shootfest

Beginning was a bit frustrating but it really blew up after getting comfortable with it

A solid upgrade with several QOL additions and better pace and a more interesting world design

A terrific foundation and a great story but the UI really got frustrating at times (especially the ultra limited inventory space)

Great return to form but I cannot go back to if after eternal.

A solid foundation for a sequel, some fun twists, but man some of the areas were really drab and the gameplay was kind of a downgrade.
