its awful. sonic feels slow and sluggish to control, the level designs are bland, and full of uninteresting gimmicks that get shelved and never used again just as they are introduced. its just not that fun.

nothing much to say here, if you're a fan of the Boost formula this is the sonic game for you.
only issues i have with the game is that its too easy, a reoccuring issue that still is present in the later sonic titles, the nonexistent story, and the fact that all the levels feel disconnected from one another.
still, the levels are good modernizations of iconic stages from other titles, so thats a plus
