The absolute best Pokémon game, hands down.
I'm not going through the temple of the Ocean king or whatever the fuck it's called.

I have invested probably over 100 hours into this game, got all gold trophies in all circuits and for some reason I haven't unlocked all the karts. I think my game might be bugged.
A much better story, soundtrack and visuals. The combo counter and S rank are a nice touch.
However the gameplay is honestly worse in this sequel. Enemies can shoot you from across the map in these very open areas and there is less variety in how you can successfully approach a situation. A lot of the time you will be peaking from cover in order to bait enemies over to you. Situations like these make levels such as "Dead Hard" an absolute nightmare. The lack of masks also reduce the variety in how you can approach a level. All that said, there can still be fun moments in this game and the story is really good once you unpack it all.

While it's unpolished in some ways, and could have expanded gameplay in others, it is an undoubtedly unique and fun experience I recommend people to check out.

Actually just beat it for the first time recently. Really good game. I have headache right now. Cannot right review. Must eat food. But please play this game.
I've beaten this game probably over 10 times now (through multiple versions) and it never gets old. Still never got all Kerotans.
