These are my favorite games during the current year. Example, GTA V is the best game of 2013, however, back in 2013 I as a kid thought Pokemon X was the best.

This rule only applies starting in 2004. 2003-2000 was games I played during my deep dive of the history of gaming and under mediums starting in 2019. I don't regret my deep dive. I'm glad It's over now. It's taught me a lot about myself and the sorrounding world. The main point is too just enjoy the present, don't dwell on the past, especially if you can't remember or never were their in the first place.
