Definitely my least favourite out of the three persona games ive played so far, but that's not to say it wasn't enjoyable as hell. My only problem is that i was waiting for the fight where the protag awakens his ultimate persona, Izanagi-no-okami, but only later found out that you can only fuse it on a second playthrough. Other than that, and when not comparing it to the P3 and P5 goats, it's a pretty solid game

By far my favourite game in the entire series. This game holds a special place in my heart, and we can all agree that this is a masterpiece. The ending is what sold me. Seeing Kiryu break down like that over being able to see how the Morning Glory kids is emotional as fuck. Also, the Shishido boss fight has got to be the best in the series. To the dynamic intros to the great choice of BGM, I think I must've Yakuza'd all over my screen!

My first turn-based game. At first I wasn't sold on the turn based combat, and I was even more put off by the protag change from Kiryu to Ichiban, but I thought I should at least give the game a try given it's from my favourite game series.
I wasn't used to the combat on the first part of the game and I didn't like it. However, as I played the Hiratsuka boss fight, I started to like it from there on. But enough about the combat, what are my thoughts on the story?
The story follows a new face in the Like a Dragon series, Kasuga Ichiban (yes i use the JP naming order), and while that protag change did initially put me off, I started to love the guy literally during the first chapter. The way his lore is set up made me feel for the guy. Also, he's funny as fuck.
By far my favourite part in this game is the Omi/Tojo dissolution and Kiryu's appearance. I'm just a sucker for cool/serious scenes.
I don't know how to write reviews, so I think this'll do it for this game. Overall, great game, top three in the series for me (excluding the Judgment spinoffs.)
