It's great having this RPG on current consoles, but the switch version struggles with frame rate much more than it should. Still a great game, and it's really cool having it portable. But it struggles in areas with a lot of particle effects and enemies. I noticed it a lot in the desert temple area in the beginning of the game. When you are inside the temple with the lava effects, you are running extremely slow, and it did bother me during my playthrough. But the game itself is the same fantastic RPG, shame it runs so poorly on switch.

Challenging, but satisfying to learn and conquer. It's much more of an aggressive combat system than Dark Souls games.

Monster Hunter World is a good game, and the Iceborne expansion just gives you more of it. Some may not like the grindy-ness of Monster Hunter games, and it may be "easier" than previous iterations, but it is satisfying to gain mastery in fighting certain monsters.

Combat feels great, the story is complex and engaging. The 9S section may feel a bit slow compared to the rest of the game, but that doesn't take away from the game as a whole.

Such a good story but is held back by the gameplay. It would be great to see this on future platforms with some of the clunkiness fixed.

The way that this version interacts with the first versions is really cool, even if it kind of sucks they essentially split the "third" version into two games. Still a very solid game and does feel different enough from the first games. The sprite work is also very nice.

I liked going through this game. I found the train movement relaxing, and really reminded me of sailing the seas in Wind Waker. But some of the dungeons and the general movement of Link (he's controlled by the touch screen) may not appeal to others.

Simple puzzle game. Nothing much more than that.

Really interesting. They are taking a big concept and cramming into a smaller handheld form. It is good for what it is, but the controls don't age well. It's fun how your character choice decides what storyline you follow.

Probably my favorite 2D Zelda. The wall-walking mechanic is so fun and has some fun puzzle implementations. It is fun to find everything and while some of the dungeons may have some annoying mechanics (i.e. ice temple), it doesn't take away from the game as a whole. Highly recommend if you like the 2D Zeldas.

Great gateway RPG. Such a strange concept, but that makes the areas you explore really interesting. It is full of charm, and the sprite-work is fantastic. I would recommend sticking with the DS version, but if the 3DS version is the only one you can find, it is still the same good RPG.

Calming game and looks beautiful. Recommended if you want a relaxing experience and like looking at Pokémon do Pokémon things.

One of the smoothest roguelike experiences I have ever played. Game is beautiful, and it always feels like you are making progress. If you haven't tried roguelikes, this game is a fantastic starting point.

Very faithful to the DS release, but that makes it feel clumsy as a Switch game. If you find it on a decent sale, it isn't a bad pick up since the original games were good (I bought mine half-off). I wouldn't buy this at 60 dollars.
