I can see the vision, and why some many like it, it was just too frustrating. The puzzles aren’t intuitive at all and finding all of the vital pieces of information is exhausting. It looks and sounds incredibly pretty but the gameplay aspect is a bit of a letdown. Also the final loop is infuriating to have to re-try. Having to just sit and wait 6 and a half minutes is not good game design.

I can see why people love it so much, it’s oozing charm and creativity and is super memorable. That being said I would not have been able to remotely enjoy that without save states. There’s so many frustrating parts and the camara is somehow worse the Mario 64.

Solid 2D Zelda with some weird decisions made. Basically impossible to 100% because of the mystery shells, and other pieces of heart are really annoying also. Weird difficulty scaling, but some of the best 2D dungeons in the series. Shrinking is a great idea but I feel like it’s a bit under utilized at times. Ezlo is annoying. Overall pretty good but confusing decisions sometimes.

Incredible world building with each faction feeling like their own entity. Super fun to explore the Mojave and help out as much as u can. Vats and combat in general was great. Only thing is I stg if I hear “ain’t that a kick in the head” one more time I’ll scream.

The special balancing is AWFUL, and the constant “Meta” makes the multiplayer really fall off since when it first came out. Also Salmon run isn’t quite as good as 2, but still very fun. But where it really shines is having the best Base Game Story of the series. Alterna was EXCELLENT, and felt like the next extension of the series. Full of creativity and variety and the overworld has so much content it’s great. Overall I think the game is great, just playing it nowadays isn’t as great.

Now THIS is how u do a DLC. It has soooo much content and variety and genuinely feels like it’s own game. Definitely a few frustrating parts, but every level was designed sooo well I can’t get mad. Easily the best story and characters, it makes u feel invested and gives the best lore in the series. Overall wayyyyyy better the base game story and one of the best DLC ever.

The one I spent the most time in with probably the best multiplayer albeit it had its frustrating moments, getting to S was a task and a half lol. Weakest story mode in the series too. BUT SALMON RUN BABY WOOOOOOO. Single handily the best addition to the series, and it’s done the best in this one. Overall I see why I played it so much, generally great.

Genuinely great for the first in the series. Story had its own unique feel and the multiplayer felt like its own thing compared to the rest of the series. I also miss playing mini games during finding matches, the rest of the series is sorely missing it.

Beat it in like 5 hours but it was genuinely so addicting and I enjoyed it a lot. They absolutely nailed the rogue like element and it is very reminiscent of how Hades does it which is always good. Great bosses too, once you learn them they are incredibly fun to maneuver around. Overall great dlc, honestly on par with Octo Expansion.

Genuinely such a fall off compared to the rest. I mean King knight is mostly controls well but some of the platforming parts suck ass. Also genuinely the most bullshit final boss ever, worst designed hitboxs in gaming and it was just infuriating to go through.

I wish it was longer. It makes me really badly want a new one cuz this felt like the best teaser of where the series is headed. It felt like it took the ideas from World and made them into actual 3D Mario and the blend was excellent.

Actually better than most give it credit. It’s certainly better than 3D land and feels more polished and fun overall. Also the best multiplayer Mario has done, it’s really fun. Did kinda feel like it was a bit of lost potential though, it could’ve been even better.

I remember loving it as a kid but now I look back and I mean, it’s ok. Like it’s exactly what it looks like, a 2D Mario in 3D. But that just makes it more cheap feeling and less innovative.

I didn’t grow up with it like OG galaxy but I don’t remember that much honestly. Like what I do remember was pretty good and fun, but I feel like the OG just blew me away more. Still good, but a bit forgettable.

There’s really good levels, and then there’s the worst levels in Mario history. Good game to play and relax but once u get to one of the bullshit ones, you’ll want to rip your hair.
