You can play Panel De Pon on the overseas version of Nintendo Switch Online.

Yes, you can. But the Panel de Pon in this list is the Event 98 Version, a special version released only in Japan for the Satellaview (Super Famicom add-on).

i can second that! i've actually seen and played on cabinets of each of the three mk arcade gp games in fairly big arcades outside of japan - fully translated in english and everything.

also, some games appear to be on the list twice

Also, the only duplicate I found was BS Shin Onigashima. In the future, I'll add each episode of these Satellaview games here, and there are some I added on IGDB that aren't here yet (Satellaview is a wild case)
