I played some more with the centaur lady.

We played a bit of RIS together. It didn't go very well. It's a buggy mess, unfortunately.

Huge day! Monumental even! After, who knows how long, we played a bit. And not just me, Robi and Viktor, but even Bea. It went really well!
First, we visited Takistan for some DRO. Bea wanted to play Clear Area, so that's what we did. We tried to insert via helicopter, but that was a failure. Bea survived the crash, and we quickly rushed back to her position with a bare Hunter. We stood our ground against the locals and slowly made our way to the AO. We all ran into ammunition shortage, but we figured it out. 🗲The Hunter had some ammo that was good for Bea🗲, and for Viktor, I called in a Supply Drop. And by that, I mean literally, the built-in Support feature of DRO. They dropped an actual Arsenal for us. Even after hundreds of hours, we learn something new. Anyway, that's when Robi joined us. Late Joining in DRO is wonky, but it was alright. He spawned where we inserted from. For some reason, he can't see certain vehicles, like the desert camo version of the Hunter. I wonder if it's a mod problem. We left the Hunter behind because of this, but we found a weird Repair truck and a Mad Max Hilux. We cleared the second AO quickly, and we all agreed that we should play another round.
Round two was in Zagrabad. It was a lot messier mission. Robi was supporting us from the sky with a Blackfoot, and we were scrambling with a sketchy Prowler insertion. Despite the shit show, we were doing well. Viktor was sniping and me and Bea worked our way into the belly of the beast. Early on we neutralized a vehicle armed with an SPG-9 and that what we tried to use for our escape. That's when shit went wrong. We were barraged by explosive shots, both Mortars and a rocket. A rocket that not only killed Bea and Viktor, but straight up crashed them. Meta-gaming fucking AI... Robi picked me up with the Blackfoot, and before we Extracted, Bea and Viktor could join back in to redeem the situation with their own escape.

While we were waiting for Stefi to download her update, Robi and I finished a Skeleton Fort. It went well and while we were doing the Ghost Fort, Stefi joined us too. An ominous level 5 Reaper was keeping us on our toes but in the end we had zero confrontations with other players. Instead, we ventured into the Battle of the Sea of Thieves and destroyed every Skeleton ship and a single Megalodon there. We made around 170K.

A short Order of Souls, nothing more. Oh, except that we had an epic battle with a Skeleton Galleon.

We played a bit with Robi. Order of Souls again, but this time we leaned into it with a bit more courage and confidence. First we cleaned out a Ghost Fort and once again Robi cleaned out all the barrels there with a Storage Crate. With near infinite ammo and food, we ventured into a green tornado. It was probably one of the most intense PvE battles we've waged yet. We even reached level five by absolutely genociding the ghost ships. One lonely level 1 reaper sloop tried to start some shit but unfazed, we just headed for the nearest Outpost in wind direction and sold our shit. The lone reaper sloop couldn't catch up. We sold everything, and just then the sloop pulled up next to us. I was about to give him one of our stacked Storage Crates before leaving, but he killed me instead, then logged off. What a fool! Dare I say, absolute dumb fuck! Instead, we gave everything to some other dude who was dumbfounded by my generosity.

I tried this Nazeebo fella. It was fun. I enjoy farming minions.

Robi might have been inspired by my heroic tales of a solo emissary for the Order of Souls and wanted to run that today. It went somewhat well. Not as fruitful as Robi might have hoped, but we can't control random events at the end of the day. Stefi wanted to join, but we were on a Sloop and a ridiculously stacked Storage crate on level 5 emissary, so I tagged out to let Stefi in then I fucked off to Stardew Valley.

Not much profit today due to two lost battles we didn't want, but we leveled up the Reaper Emissary for Stefi at least.

Eventful day on the High Seas. First off, we met Stefi's new character. Unfortunately, due to Microsoft's expected but always overachieving incompetence, she had to make a new one. Also, unfortunately, her new character is blind in one eye. That's not Microsoft's fault, that's just Syphilis. Common amongst the seafaring folk.
Anyway, so there we were, the three of us, me, new Stefi, and Captain Robi, waiting on the fourth Scallywag, Napsi. She said she would join us, but we all were a bit doubtful, nevertheless, we rolled out the Galleon, expecting her to join at some point. Spoiler, she never did. Therefore, we had to, or more precisely, Cpt. Robi had to wrangle the Stephanie, the giant floating beauty.
We put on the Gold Hoarder flag and headed off to find this fabled Vault. It's been a minute since we last ventured on a voyage such as this, or any kind of voyage, to be honest, but we fairly quickly got into the old habit. After we found the island we were looking for, we spotted a lone Sloop at the beach of our destination. We circled around to be safe and also to not appear threatening. I stepped foot on the island to locate the Vault Entrance and possibly to either greet or just observe our fellow visitor of this island. However, before I could even spot our friend, I saw their ship leaving, and leaving with the only rowboat on the island at that. We circled around with the Stephanie and entered the vault. Cpt. Robi solved the riddle and Pvt. Stefi used her parkour skills to maximize our profits. Transferring the loot from the Vault to the Ship was an annoying process without a rowboat but slagging off our absent privateer, Napsi, made for a good pastime activity while doing manual labor.
Unfortunately, we didn't reach level 5 emissary, so we had to make a detour to find some buried treasure.
In the end, we made around 150K in gold and most importantly, we had a good time.

We met two nice lesbians with a pride flag on their ship. They were very friendly. We showed our pets to each other, we played music danced and drank grog. I wish there were more like them.

We played two sessions of Onslaught with Robi.
Very intense.
Very fun.

It's been a minute... Evidenced by the fact that nor me or Robi knew how to play this game. We couldn't find the voyages for about 10 minutes and we only made 29K. Still, it's fun.

I caught Robi launching it randomly. I immediately texted him about the servers having been shutdown which prompted a short quest to play a bit online despite Epic Games' best efforts to deny us.
We tried vanilla. Didn't work.
It was PCGW time. Turns out there's a master server patch that works by just copy and pasting a console command. I still had to enable NAT play in ut2004.ini and open a port.
What followed was two rounds of awkward but very fun CTF.

We closed the evening with some Survive the Internet. It was good enough to delay Robi/Stefi and Bea/Viktor's departure from the get-together.

On the final day of the "Dani is available to us for the extended Easter weekend", we could finally get together. Half of the group, however, was exhausted. Or maybe just me... Anyway, we had no energy for board games and played some Jackbox instead like last time. This was the first time for Bea and Viktor to try Fakin' It. I won a round as Faker. I don't remember much else. We played some rounds, then switched to Guesspionage.

We finished the Jackbox night with some Survive the Internet. I think Robi won.

With Dani back home, we raided his humble American Psycho-esque apartment and played some Fakin' It. I was the Faker 4 fucking times and won the first three. Later, we tried Quiplash 2 that Rebeka won. After that a bit of Guesspionage. I'm not sure who won. Maybe Adél?

We fucked up the EAT EATEATEAT restaurant's second run after rebranding as EATEAT. It's fine though. The run might die, but the joke lives on.

A mighty fine restaurant we ran all the way to franchising today. Spaghetti with optional roasted potato or broccoli.

We couldn't keep up with the burger demand.
