Recently I was reminded of similar lists people were making the other month

basically, a list of games I plan to play at some point in life that I have a hunch I will love/end up among my favourites (as opposed to merely moderately liking it like with most games I play).

"That's gonna be the one" type-thing.

these sheer hunches are from a combination of 1) my perception of these games' positive qualities that I read or get a feel from around from the internet (e.g. reviews, reccomendations, and just any things fans or critics say) and/or 2) tangible aspects of the games that draw me toward them somehow (e.g box art, character designs, music I may have heard, similar aspects to some of my favourite games, etc.)

I try to go into most games with neutral expectations for my appreciation and enjoyment. However for these games, I feel like hyping them up for myself more than I should. These games just look cool.. I wanna play them >.>
