Badass!!

Probably one of the best remakes of all time.
It feels so much better than Super Star does whilst also keeping everything from that game intact. Only thing I would say that really brings this game down is GCO because it's still bad regardless of all the other good gameplay tweaks.

This game (still) makes me cry.

First game I've played where I've been met by a slur on the menu screen

pretty good but can't help but miss the madcap slapdash of the mainline games, whereas this one goes for the run-of-the-mill SNES cohesion. some of the textures are nice, especially the final stage, but otherwise i'm a little underwhelmed.
