Just counting the amount of releases according to the game page, not factoring in remasters/versions/etc that have their own pages. I haven't checked any of this data myself, and some of these games might actually need to be separated into different pages for different releases. If that happens, I'll make sure to update this list as soon as I can.

@Hooblashooga unless there are 12+ platforms listed on the game page, I won't add it here. As I mentioned in the description, I know that might lead to inaccuracies but I consider that a problem with the game's page on IGDB. It's too much work for me to sort through what is considered a separate platform release and what's not, but this list is not meant to be a definitive list of "games with the most platform releases", just what has the most platform releases listed on Backloggd/IGDB
