it tried.
enjoyed it for what it was, definitely. just, there wasn’t much it did.

my first full playthrough of a pokemon game when i was younger, and man it was insane. the atmosphere that unova curates is unforgettable and i wanted so badly to just jump inside of my DS screen to live there.
one of the best installments of the franchise, no doubt. cannot wait for its remake.

i greatly enjoy the selection of songs, even if quite small. collecting different modules via completing different festivals was fun.

this game’s gacha system is actually… not terrible? still predatory by concept, but it’s easy to earn the currency.
aside from that, i think it’s a great game for what it is.
the characters are all designed rather well, and their individual stories are intriguing.

had so much fun with this game, genuinely an awesome experience.

my intro to the fire emblem franchise back when it released. loved every second of it.

regardless of all the balance problems it had, i had fun before it went all battle-passy and even more riddled with microtransactions a few years back :’)

im a major scaredy cat so i couldn’t finish it myself. in the time i did play, i had a blast, just was on the verge of crying the whole time. hope to return to this installment.

i will never return to this mess.
