YOU CAN FLY OVER THE RAINBOW IF YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AND JUST BELIEVE

Y'all need to get some vintage anime acculturation before this because it has characters from serieses I'm shocked no one ever heard before. Especially Yattaman.

Very fun to play and it looks really great, plus the soundtrack is amazing

Only fighting game on the Wii.

Missing half a star because Go Mifune isn't here.

I still have basically no idea on what a Tatsunoko is but this game goes so hard

I was really young all i remembered as a kid is that i loved spamming super moves and I didn't understand what most characters where saying because i didn't know the Japanese's language I though it was a made up language

An underrated Vs. game but still just as fun as others. The roster will be unfamiliar to most but the Tatsunoko roster has some crazy and fun characters. A Wii game that everyone needs in their collection.

Solid fighting game with unique roster of characters.

the only fighting game with a dead rising 1 stage so its perfect to me. best song in the game as well.

jogasso que merecia um relançamento

It has Tekkaman Blade in it so who the fuck cares who else is in this game?

I smashed my Wii with a hammer while Mega Man Volnutt had me in an infinite drill loop, I love fighting games.

game was cool but the movement sucks, characters felt too stiff and heavy and it just wasn't that fun to play

Just a really fun time. you could see a lot of foundation for MvsC3 here.

This is one hell of a fun fighting game!

It shocked me how this game simplifies its control scheme even more than Marvel vs Capcom 2, but it still has a lot of depth to be found, and a lot of the mechanics that were found in earlier VS games are still intact in this one, which is great!
Doing Air Combos, summoning your partner to do a Hyper Combo, and a whole bunch of other stuff still feel very satisfying to pull off!

The cast of characters is a bit smaller than MVC2, but I appreciate the many new faces to the VS series, like Batsu, Alex and Saki. The Tatsunoko side is one that I had to research on, because I had next to no knowledge on that company's characters, but they feel very fun to play!

While this game doesn't have many modes to go through, it does provide with an in-game shop for you to unlock a whole bunch of stuff, ranging from a character's gallery page, to alternate colors, to special movies and illustrations!
Playing through Arcade Mode, and seeing all of the character's endings, and then doing the credits sequence to get a bunch of Zenny to be able to buy more stuff in the Shop was always a nice thing... even if I did get tired of hearing the Can Can (almost) every time I beat the game. I could've skipped the Credits, but I wouldn't have gotten as much Zenny.

Overall, this is a great Capcom VS game, that I'm glad I was able to try out!
I can't wait to play it with friends in the future!

The best 7th Gen Fight Game.

The final boss having 3 phases and a grab super that depletes your entire lifebar is evil, but it was also cool hearing The Sun Rises track from Okami. Also Shin Shoryuken is probably the coolest here.

All traditional fighters tend to blend together for me, but this one was fun for sure!

one of my favorite fighting games of all time

yall are a bunch of haters

A game I loved when I first got my hands on it, and have only grown to appreciate more over time after learning more about the characters involved and Capcom Vs. games in general.

Would love to see Capcom do another game like this with a different anime studio

TvC was a surprise release for the Wii and a game many didn' think would make it to the West due to license issues. Against all odds, it arrived on the Wii. This game offered a fairly casual approach to fighting controls and gameplay by providing easy-to-perform combos and flashy special attacks that cause a ton of damage to opponents.

Graphics and art direction were great and the roster provided an interesting fresh cast thanks to the Tatsunoko characters. In some ways, this felt like a successor to Marvel Vs. Capcom 2.

This game is simultaneously the coolest thing ever and also the biggest missed opportunity. The gameplay is the hype fast paced vs series gameplay everyone knows and loves(?), and the roster for the capcom side is absolutely nuts. We got rival schools, mfin quiz nanairo dreams, lost planet, mega man volnutt, a roll that DOESN'T SUCK??? turbo based. the tatsunoko side is where a bit of the missed opportunities are. they shoulda put speed racer in this man it would have made it the greatest game of all time. They also shoulda put some nurse witch komugi characters in the roster, that would have went so RAW. Considering the fact that this concept will likely never be done again I wish they went absolutely to the limit, but they still made it pretty darn far regardless. For a solid period of time, the characters in this game were all I knew about anime. How times have changed...

This game is way too good for a traditional fighting game designed to be playable on a Wii remote

Threw this back on to do Casshern combos (Friender restand: very fun). One of the best things to come out of the immediate post-SFIV period, it's bright, got a great roster, and despite it being a relatively more simplistic game than MvC3 it's no slouch at all in terms of letting you do Cool Shit and also Cool Bullshit. Completely criminal that it's going to forever languish on the Wii, completely absurd that it was exclusive to begin with. "Mega Crash" is one of the coolest mechanic names ever. Please watch any fight scene from the Hurricane Polymar show for a good time!

The cel-shaded superhero theme and the Capcom roster do a lot for me. It's kind of a pre-MvC3 but wackier and not quite as lightning-quick. At high-level play it seems kind of repetitive, but I enjoy its straightforward mechanics.
