Kirby at it's finest. Fantastic aesthetics, fantastic gameplay, fantastic music, and fantastic direction. Only problem: screen scrolls too slowly.

This game sure is pretty and I sure do not enjoy playing it

Average, standard Kirby game. It is therefore automatically better than most games.

Every level is pretty but feels like 6 hours

cutest kirby game on pure aesthetic form and fun to play but whoever made the method to get to the true final boss like that how does it feel to be a sadist

It's okay. Some of the requirements for 100% are kinda rough, but it's mostly fair.

A fun and straightforward Kirby adventure unless you decide to get all the hearts. The missions can get real tedious. Although the reward is a creepy final boss so it may or may not be worth it.

Kirby continues his trend of gracing consoles while they're just about dead, with a very visually/technically impressive SNES release

too bad the level design is kinda weak and the 100% completion requirements are at their worst here

fun mechanics and music though

underrated and super cute. better than superstar

Los personajes de Kirby son mis favoritos de la saga Smash y nunca he jugado a ninguno de la saga, así que le he dado a este que estaba en la switch.

Pues como el Super Mario, pero si fuera extremadamente cute.

I played this game with my friend and it was pretty fun!

yeah uh gooey is SUCJH an important character i fukcing love him more than anyting oh my god

It has a great soundtrack and art style, but the gameplay is too slow for my liking, and I don't like the focus on puzzle solving.

The visuals are adorable. But the game doesn't control as well as what came before it (Super Star) or after it (The Crystal Shards)

Has a lot of cool things going for it, but it is very difficult to figure out how to actually progress through the game.

I like games that feel fun to move around in, usually. There's a reason why Super Mario 64 and Odyssey are some of my favorite games of all time; why I have a small soft spot for racing games; and I can't often stand turn-based RPGs for too long.

Kirby's Dream Land 3 gets so many things right... but movement is not one of them.

It's a fun game to look at, but not so much to play. Kirby's air momentum when jumping is instantly halted when he puffs up, and his float speed is roughly as slow and aggravating as his walking speed is.

The camera often takes time to catch up when Kirby starts running, resulting in Kirby running to the right side of the screen and being more prone to getting blind-sided from enemies.
At least half of Kirby's animal buddies' default movement are not fun (Kine, Pitch, Chuchu), to add insult to injury.

It's a shame, because this is one of the Kirby games with the best, most unique art, Jun Ishikawa near his absolute compositional prime, and this almost melancholic undertone that really sells this game - and its entire trilogy - in terms of atmosphere, and makes its overarching antagonist easily one of the franchise's most interesting ones.

But it's just not as pure fun to play as Super Star or the Kumazaki-directed modern Kirby games. The missions within each stage are poorly explained, even if once you understand their general structure; the minigames get almost impossible without save states, and the boss rush is one of the series' worsts.

But it's really, really pretty. This game gives me mixed messages.

level design's too empty if you don't bother with the friend hearts and unfortunately a lot of the friend heart requirements are kinda bad

Prettiest SNES game by far. Kinda basic though, even for Kirby.

the aesthetic really carries this one for me, better movement than most kirby games.

Didn't get the good ending, but definitely wouldn't want to. Slow gameplay is held back further by most of the abilities.
It looks very nice with its art style though.
Not sure if it's good or bad, but killing enemies felt less jarring here than any later entry I've played, apart from when I consciously thought about what the enemies looked like.

Dreamland 3 does very little to impress, and a whole lot to make the player bored. While the visuals and music make Dreamland 3 one of the most atmospheric Kirby's yet, the tedious gameplay holds it back. While it may not be a bad game per se; it certainly isn't a good one, with a lot of problems steaming from unnecessary long levels, vague side-missions, seemingly useless additions, and mindless co-op.

Primer kirby hecho al 100% en co-op. Lo merece por las pesadillas.

This is it. My favorite Kirby game. On the surface it may not seem like much compared to Super Star but I love this game like you wouldn't believe. Copy abilities are back to doing one thing again akin to Adventure, but Kirby's abilities are enhanced by the absolute KINGS (and one queen) known as the Animal Helpers. They all have their pros and cons but its always dependent on what level you're at or just what you're looking for. Rick can wall jump, Coo is wind resistant, Kine is the water master, Nago has a triple jump, Chu Chu can cling to ceilings, and Pitch....he's just built different. They're all fun to use. The game's mechanic of doing a mission for the 100% bonus might get on some people's nerves, I know particularly the matchup games aren't always great, but for me it adds an extra layer of charm to the game. I won't spoil it but you may even see some slightly familiar characters on the journey? The music is obviously gonna be good, Kirby practically lives on the SNES so by this time they worked that soundchip to their will. The graphics? Oh my goodness this game looks gorgeous. It definitely took a page from Yoshi's Island with it's crayon-esque style but it's still so visually distinct from that game, it makes me wish we could have a hand drawn Kirby game. That's pretty much it, I heavily recommend this game. Oh yeah and one more thing, Gooey is the most perfect creature ever created and every time you look at him he cures your depression.
