I think I just had my first "super tough boss that makes you depressed when you kill it even though they were pissing you off" kind of boss. I want to go to smacking a giant bog monster's titties...
Also that boss fight where its actually someone else's fight that you just get caught up in was a really cool idea. About halfway through the game I think. I'm enjoying it however I'm genuinely at a loss for where it wants me to go next. I genuinely have no idea what paths are open...
Ended up going back to it a bit later and wound up beating it. And yes! I got the true ending! Yeah it's great. Def a hidden gem.
I destroyed the final boss. First time I played the game this boss took me 4 hours but this time I only took 15 minutes. I also did the bonus DLC boss and somehow beat him on my first try.
This game is genuinely beautiful. The story, the music, the art. it's all amazing and on top of that, the gameplay itself is something that a lot of devs would dream of being capableof creating. This game is still a 10/10
Yeah this game is great. Genuinely. I wasn't a huge fan of the original and I didn't think this would improve enough for me to like it the way everyone else does but it totally works here.
Fuck this game. This game made me hate myself but it made me hate it more so eventually I manifested all my anger and pushed through this piece of shit. Don't play this game. It's not worth it.
Oddly the final fight and ending was kind of underwlming compared to the first two games but nonetheless this game is something special. I look forward to coming back to 100% it in the future.
