Love this game. Don't understand it but the enjoyment I get from playing is class.

It's decent. The trials can be fun with friends, so to me it's one of those games. Would've much preferred an Outlast 3 but I'm we'll get that at some point so for now this will do. However it's not a great horror game, just fun to mess about on with friends.

A real load of mid. Has an interesting vision but follows the kind of generic game and level design that's plaguing the industry at the moment. I'd rather play Dying Light because this is just a watered down version with unfunny humour and cheesy dialouge, but I can appreciate some of the more satire missions even if they do make my skin crawl.

A fantastic remaster. Sweated the campaign and the FNG course back in the day. Loved it and too this day I still believe it's one of the most underrated COD's.

Finally played this. Fun game but way too short. Ignoring the length, the game itself has some very fun ideas and executes them well enough. Not too big a fan of how the gameplay basically boils down to fetch quests but the combat and driving is easy enough. Ideally a sequel sorts out the missions and gameplay.

Was always gonna cave in and buy it, but this game is basically just an expansion to MW2. Not that MW needed to be rebooted but I didn't hate the first two (I basically just play the campaigns at this point).

Campaign wise, this cannot end on a trilogy. It just was not long enough and it just kind of ends. Story wise it's not that bad but the level design and length is nothing short of a disgrace. It's the same thing over and over, I know COD has never been known for it's incredibly different and revolutionary missions but it's insane in MW3. Just sneak around until you eventually get spotted then let hell break loose. Really not a big fan of the new Makarov, not even comparing to the original but he's just not that interesting or intimidating, he just does evil things to be evil. And as for Soap's death and the "ending", it's downright insulting. Plus this whole operators stuff and constantly linking to warzone, it's a joke. Some cod games have banging soundtracks, and even the ones that don't at least try but I genuinely cannot even remember a single track from the campaign, or the multiplayer for that matter. Plus bringing back characters like Graves and Alex made no sense, even if I liked the role that Graves played, despite the fact everyone just forgave him for committing genocide. You could've literally just replaced Alex with Alejandro and it wouldn't have made a difference. This campaign had the shortest development cycle out of any of them and it shows. Even the credits are rushed it's incredible. MW4 is inevitable, so is disappointment.

The multiplayer doesn't set my world on fire either, it's slick and fast paced granted but it gets that from MW2019 so who cares. The zombies is also uninspired and boring. Adding zombies to a modern warfare game is a crime in itself and every addition is poor. Another warzone copy and paste. I'm not sinking anymore time into this game as it is the most recycled game in the series bar none, and that is some achievement.

2022

A really fun and cute game. Story was a lot more deep and complex than I was expecting which was a very nice surprise but it needed to be longer in my opinion. However I don't think that took much away from the experience, I would very much like a sequel with maybe 5 extra hours. But we are getting more content with an animated movie so, can't complain at the moment.

Sort of interesting concept but not really. Just another endless stripped of ideas puzzle based alcoholic grieving for their tragically dead families and haunted pasts horror.

Nothing about the character and plot stood out to me at all. It had some moments where I'm a bit more on edge than I would be. It's kinda cool with it's different endings and I think the nightmare one is easily the most interesting, but none are really a satisfying pay off for the grueling hours of puzzles.

Overall I think this game tries to do something cool but apart from the fact that this is potentially the darkest game I have ever played (I literally couldn't see for half of it) the game never uses those ideas to do any interesting beyond passing judgement on 'sinners'.

Pretty fun game but quickly entering overrated territory. Certainly not a 'pokemon killer' but has it's potential and I enjoyed playing, made 10x better if playing with a friend.

There's walking simulators and then there's this. The engagements are actually good when you manage to get one but they're too rare. I would rate how the maps are done if they weren't just massive open fields filled by complete nothingness.

Even with friends and/or a mic it's still a snoozefest. Had a decent idea but it's execution was way off.

Lego Fortnite is kinda fantastic

Update: So is Rocket Racing and Fortnite Festival. Best chapter they've ever done.

Dumb fun. Apart from the gunplay being absolute ass but exclude that and you've got a pretty fun fortnite/overwatch-esque gameshow game thing. It's pure chaos and I'm a big fan of the style and mechanics that give it a sort of nostalgic feel if that makes any sense.

Needless to say I will be checking this game out upon full release. The heavy is super fun to use and just smash through the entire map and the light is great for the grapple hook. For mindless action fun this game is perfect to just switch your brain off and go shooty shooty.

It's a pretty decent expansion to the main game, though it had moments where I'm thinking.... is this Resident Evil? Offers some even nicer closure to Ethan's story. Hoping for RE9 we are done with the Winters'. Loved Ethan but with some gone it's no longer interesting.

Was hoping for some answers about the main game's ominous ending, yet nothing. Was nice to see Rose interacting with Eveline since she was another big positive
that the reboot had to offer. Guess we'll see where 9 takes the series. I'm assuming we'll see some recognizable names.

By far the best Motorsport game, but that's not saying much. It's fun especially with friends but the fun doesn't last too long. As good as it is, prime example of why Horizon will always be clear.

Finally got round to MWII. Campaign is solid, enjoyed what it had to offer and it's a step up from MW2019's story. Multiplayer however I think is quite weak and isn't something I'll be sinking much time into. Also the menu UI is one of the worst I've ever seen in gaming history I want it to be no more.

Since I'm focusing more on the campaign I will say I think Ghost is a big step up from the original despite the story not being as good. I guess I've just moved on from COD multiplayer now, Warzone 2.0 sealed that because christ what a mess it is. Characters like Alejandro, Graves and Valeria are fantastic additions, even if Graves' death is very anti climatic as is the ending to the game if I'm honest, it does feel slightly rushed in that part but the post credit scene is hype.

Overall I'm looking forward to MW3, but only to see how they conclude the story because it's the only part about COD I find even remotely interesting anymore.
