best adventure in any video game ever

what if xenoblade chronicles were a romcom with bad characters

very very overrated. the levels where you just hop between barren planets are boring and thats like half of the levels. camera is awful on the smaller planets

lots of fun the first time. if you ever try to replay it you will start to realize how empty and aimless it is

very fun the first time, empty and boring if you replay it. all the side dungeons are underground and look the same and all the actual dungeons are underwhelming and look the same.

aside from recency bias i don't get why this has been considered the BEST GAME EVER MADE!!! by journalists since 2017. it wasn't a bad game but it wasn't that good

cool characters bad controls. you have to sit through a 6 hour movie before the game actually starts

interesting story but i dont think i will ever replay it, the gameplay is just not the selling point. the dungeons feel like a chore between the actually-engaging stuff. that becomes really annoying when the story starts to pick up.

this is a game i considered a 10/10 masterpiece when i first played it. unfortunately, the more i look back on it, the lower my review gets

so many of the "aha" moments in this game make no sense. the writing completely falls off the rails at the height of the story

enjoy the plot. do not think about it for prolonged periods of time. do not realize the writing is sloppy. just enjoy it. please

awesome party game that brings people together. just dont talk about anything but the game. and mute for 80% of the gameplay. and mute for the rest of the round if you die. have fun!
