Amazing game tho the combat def needs some improvements for the sequel,plot is also really good until the ending (series staple)

Changing my review so it's like...kind of a review.
So like...this game is really cool,but also my god the plot becomes a mess towards the end (series staple).
Saejima's part is also just....ugghhhhhhh
Good character but my god exploring kamurocho with him is such a pain.
Kiryu has like no reason to be here lol but hey we get an amazing long battle with him so I'm not complaining.
Akiyama and Tanimura carry the game and the ost got that real nice noir feel to it.
Unlike 3 where there's WAY TOO MANY substories they went with a quality over quantity aproach this time and IT SHOWS.
Overall really solid game and one of the best games in the franchise.
Wish it had more bosses tho :(

Warning: please for the love of god get V's fix for the pc port [https://github.com/VFansss/mgs2-v-s-fix] it fixes every issues and makes it the most enjoyable and fun version of the game by far.
So umm...good gameplay,goated ost,good bosses (except MGS Ray), good story with your usual kojima moments like funny poop jokes and BDSM.
This game deserves an 8/10 from the ZOE Box alone.

Only reason I don't regret playing this game is the amazing ost made my Takada.
Worst game in the series with a fair margin: awful plot,a cast with like 2 or 3 interesting characters out of everyone,some of the WORST cases BY FAR,this game is so bullshit holy shit how can people unironically like this pedobait. Makes the other games look good in comparison.

Amazing claymation that surpasses the og,godlike ost and an interesting combat system that focuses on ailments.Some enemies can be annoying af and the dungeons confusing due to how dialog works in this game,but it's all part of the experience!
