I have a lot of sympathy for anyone who needs to write an ending. Deathloop ends... it's fine. At this point, I've given up hope that Arkane will ever wow me with an ending. Deathloop ends okay, all things considered. The characters in this thing, though, they're something else. The loop is a solid design, and fun to explore, but the cast brings the game to life. Colt and Julianna being the standouts. The levity is great, and any moment either of them pulled shit down to Earth, got serious, it was genuinely effective.
