One of the best 2D platformers ever made. It improved on Origins with an even better artstyle and more unique world themes. Actual great water world. I adore this game, one of the very few I bought 2 times.

More ambitious compared to the first game, pretty neat.

The best Mario Kart in the series, but without a good battle mode. Would be really cool if there was a Deluxe version which fixes that.

My personal favourite in the series, though 3 is superior. Easily one of the most impressive titles pushed onto this tiny handheld, despite a few framerate drops in a few areas. I loved exploring all of these mansions and the mission structure really worked on the console it was launched on. Luigi is also bursting of charm here.

Ehhhh it's an important game to look back on but it has just not aged that well.

A fun try at a 3D Kirby experience, though still a puzzle game at the end of the day with uninteresting level designs. Still a good time though.

I keep going back to whether or not the original Galaxy or this is my favourite, but both will always remain a masterpiece. This sequel has less of the big mindblowing areas the first game has, but makes it up by going all out on the level design and platforming.

Probably my favourite Pokémon game to be honest, this can be a very satisfying puzzle game even though you will reach a point where it is simply too difficult to continue.

My first ever game, tied with Super Mario Land. Besides maybe the graphics, it has aged very well, and is obviously extremely nostalgic for me. I remember not getting past the second or third level in world 2 for the longest time as a kid, haha. I can't rate it any higher compared to some other masterpieces, though.

Very adorable. Not too different from the regular AR tech demo but this can make for a lovely afternoon, once. I like the incentive to buy eshop cards just to get these as a bonus.

An amazing artstyle really does make this game stand out, but I was never the biggest fan of the Canvas Curse gameplay style to begin with. This is a worthy sequel, though. Just not something I'm planning to replay soon.

One of my most played games that was an important part of my teens. It's not perfect, and the following entry does almost everything better, but at the time this game was basically an endless pool of Nintendo fun with an online mode I never got bored of, despite never becoming a pro at the game.

This game is very fun. Compared to previous entries yes, it does lack a lot in the story aspect by adding not a single new character and also some missed potential when it comed to representing Paper Mario. The gameplay, however, peaked here I'd say. I think this might be my favourite battle system in the entire Mario RPG series.

Y can't Metroid crawl? I legit got stuck for a while trying to figure out how to activate the morph ball.
