I was very sceptical when I heard it was massive open world, pick what way you go etc, very different from a traditional Zelda game.
After going in with an open mind, I found myself loving it, being lost in it, immersed in it!
Dont get me wrong, it can be extremely overwhelming with how much it throws at you when you are just exploring but youll find your self picking it up about 5 hours into it properly.

I'm fine with the lack of dungeons because with the way it plays it would feel very strange.
Bosses were kind of a let down though, but still enjoyed the challenge of them, as they are supposed to be difficult.

This game was a massive leap for PS4 Exsclusives, showed of the power of the PS4 pro as well.
The World and Enviroments were amazing, the robots were diverse, and the weapon system was a welcome one! Really enjoyed playing this and the newgame plus mode.

The DLC is where I wanna give most of my rating to! I found the story of the game very predictable and found myself guessing what will happen about 30 percent the way through. But the DLC damn does it bring some difficulty to the game, I always found the base game WAAAAAY to easy even on the highest difficulty, but these enemies were insane! Especially the Fire and Frost bear robots!

Fun game Play it if you havent.

Ok lets get the obvious out of the way, I am choosing to disregard the Server issues in this as if I was to include it, it would be a 1 and a half star for sure.

Whent he game is working, this is a super immersive experience, Ive since completed all the heists on Normal, and some on Overkill maskless, cheeky little flex there ;)

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Solo experience and most recently loved playing coop with my viewers, I found myself disliking the skill system a bit, seems a bit ehh but it can be improved upon.

Gun play is massivly improved, guns feel weighty and responsive as opposed to PD2s arcady peashooters. Enemied dont feel like sponges either, I also appreciate the attachments and gun customisation.

I havent dabbled with the masks and colour cimbinations yet, but there seems to be more Novelty masks instead of having blank canvases, hopefully this changes, need more unique ones that can be easily customised without being overhwelming eg putting a paint job on the Abe Lincoln one, too many lines etc looks like a mess.

Stealth is goated.

and some cons, Lack of variety in challenges, would have liked to see a challenge for maskless wins, but again updates will work that I hope.

Lets start out, this game is incredible as a souls like, its put its own twist and creativity behind it!
The world, lore and bosses are amazing!

Weapon mechanics are interesting although technique seems to be a good way to go.

To think this is an indie game baffles be!
Some Bosses are a bit annoying especially with how many are 2 phases. seems a bit of a strange decision
