its ok, more games should have a proper no fighting route, but gameplay wise its rather surface level, maybe dont hide the interesting fights behind the terribly grindy genocide route. toby fox is a great composer tho

i really tried liking this game, yes the narrative is great, yes it was revolutionary, but it just felt so hard to enjoy as a game.

cant recommend it to anyone, this game is not friendly at all, and for rpgs that makes it really unapproachable. its slow, terribly paced and annoying. still love it probably for nostalgia reasons

while i do recommend emulating this with some quality of life patches, theres no reason for this rushed, reused game to be this good. it has aged tho
