The game is done. What an absolute FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC game. I now have a Persona 3 sized hole in my heart. The ending was legitimately beautiful (surprised it ended so well actually) and the final fights were climactic as hell (save for the fact that I was SUPER overleveled lmao). There’s way too much to say in one note. The ending was virtually perfect. I am so glad I decided to give this game a chance. It comforted me through some stress times in the last few months, and it gave me a lot to think about with regards to friendship and my outlook on life. I also enjoyed the last few part of it with friends watching me, and the conversations I had with them were so good. I’m gonna miss this game for a long time…luckily we’ve got an epilogue coming in September! Shit…I might replay the whole damn game in advance of that!

After not one but two tries, I have finally triumphed against Iris and become the Unova League Champion (for the first time actually)! All thanks to Ronin the Samurott, Colette the Leavanny, Heartbeat the Swoobat, Valiant the Escavalier, Shuixiu the Mienshao, and Nyx the Zweilous. That credits sequence had me a little emotional lmao, this really is the best Pokemon game isn’t it? I’m not sure it’s quite as good as BW in the story department, but in terms of evolving the world and improving the gameplay and aesthetics, it 100% beats it. I know Pokemon has a lot of intrinsic problems but I just love this series too damn much and this has been one of the most fun times I’ve had playing it. Cannot wait to play more

Sojourned to the Capital of the Digital Kingdom, slew the Stallion threat, and restored the Creator’s memories. For all the annoyance I felt with this game, I really did enjoy it

Cleared Chapters 11 and 12. What a ride this game has been, this was insanely fun and I’ll definitely have to come back to it in the future

Completed Fantasm Forest, Kaos’ Fortress, Motherly Mayhem, and Cloudbreak Core…meaning the game is complete! Obviously this game isn’t stellar from an objective point of view but I honestly had a lot of fun with it!

Cleared Alpine Skyline, Mafia Town Act 5, and Chapter 5…this bringing the main story to an end. Absolutely epic final fight (and that ending was sad but also hilarious at the same time LMAO)
