(100%ed) Turnip Boy returns with a Rogue”extra-lite” experience. All of the charm of the original, and the Roguelike switch up was less jarring than I thought. Most unexpected moment of 2024 so far has been almost crying at the ending of this game. Play these games, they’re great!!
It’s a weird as hell game with a unique premise and a quiet story. It’s not long, has replay value (although I didn’t bother replaying), and was generally a positive experience.
This is a very short but heartfelt point-and-click puzzle game. It was worth playing, but didn’t stick with me in the same way that a longer or more complex game would be able to. Still, I don’t think my time was wasted here.
One of the best multiplayer games out there. I have a bit of a beef with it for popularizing the battle pass model, but to be fair this is one of the most ethical implementations of it.
Dude, GUT BUSTINGLY funny. I adore the group’s dynamic in this chapter, and the Queen is my 2nd favorite sassy female robot antagonist in video game history. Can’t wait for the upcoming chapters!
This title suffers from the “pilot problem.” It has to spend so much time establishing characters and world building that it takes the wind out of the sails of the story itself. Thankfully, chapter 2 is a major step up.
It’s charming, but I find it so freaking hard. My medieval goofballs are in the distant future and they still can’t consistently get through the first area.
