You need to take this game for what it is: a minigame compilation. And in that sense, it's pretty good. Sadly, a lot of the minigames, while enjoyable are just variations of "mash x" or "flick the stick at the right moment". Simply put, the minigames are too repetitive, but they're still fun don't me wrong, it just makes it hard to justify anyhting above average , especially when the game modes aren't exactly abondant. If you spot this game on the cheap, buy it, you'll get some fun out of it.

It's pretty much harmless. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The main missions aren't the best, the open world is fairly enjoyable. The optional content in general is pretty great, thanks in no small part to a great roster of characters. But if you stick to the main game, this is pretty dissapointing. The Lego humor has really taken a dip ever since they stopped using the grunts. Also, they try and make this game more similar to AAA games, with shootout sections notably, which I find... weird ? They just feel out of place, they're a change of pace, sure, but I'm not sure they're a nice change of pace, given that they're really simplistic. This game is just fine, the side content giving it an ever so slight push justifying its third star rather than it being a bang-average 2.5.

If you love Back to the future, give this game a shot. The gameplay can sometimes be a bit too cryptic, as a kid I NEEDED a guide for certain sections, but this is a Telltale game, you're here for the story, and this game's story is on point. A really interesting and enjoyable "sequel" to the movies, and with a point and click Telltale game, that's really all that counts.

OH MY GOD THIS GAME ALONE IS WORTH THE WHOLE PRICE OF THE PS5. No seriously, it's the best tech demo of all time. And yes I include Wii Sports in that. The capacbilities of the Dualsense really shine through, the game is fun, understandable to all (I let my mom play it and she had a blast even though she normally hates games). Really, this game is fun, short and sweet, perfectly shows you what the DualSense is capable of and, generally, what the system is capable of. Sony went above and beyond with this game which is supposed to be nothing more than a tech demo. Legitimelly one of my favourite games I played last year.

It's more of Spider-Man PS4, which means its great. I don't know why, but I prefer this one ever so slightly. maybe it's because I prefer the suits this game offers, maybe because I prefer Miles' animations more (the combat is fundamentally the same, maybe it's been sped up a bit but I'm not sure), maybe of the DualSense. I don't know, but anyway, if you liked Spider-Man PS4, you'll like this game as well.

This game is really underrated. It's far from being as good as wii sports, but it's a rock-solid tech demo for the Wii U Gamepad. It's more complex than Wii Sports, being less arcady and more complex. This makes it not as enjoyable as its illustrious predessecor. Still, one of the most overlooked games of the early 2010s.

I really don't like this game, which sucks because it has great characters, great music, a great world, a great story. Everything is great, except the gameplay. It's not that I don't like the concept of the 3-day cycle. It's just that it doesn't fit in with the rest of the game's design. This is an N64 game originally, which means that at times, it can be a bit... enigmatic as to what you're supposed to do next. The thing is, if you add in the pressure of the 3-day cycle, those moments of no knowing what to do are just stressful, because you may end without enough time to complete the dungeon before the cycle. Also, how about those side-quests ? The best in any Zelda game right ? Yes, absolutely. But again, I don't want to waste time searhcing for them because of the cycle. I know I'm supposed to use a cycle to do sidequests and nothing else, but really that just seems like too big of a detour. I'd argue side quests are most enjoyable when you do them because they're on your way. Otherwise, if you have to make a huge detour to get to them, they're not side quests anymore, they almost feel like a different game. The 3-day cycle just completely breaks it for me, and honestly I don't know why it doesn't for more people. Simply put, it feels like Nintendo made a normal Zelda game, to which they added a 3-day cycle, then added side-quests to fit. Really hope I can learn to love this one.

Wii Sports but I get to fling the wii-mote around like I'm a Jedi in one versus all swordfighting. Best game of all time.

How do you even review Minecraft ? Like seriously, this game is a thousand-games in one. It can be an adventure game, a creative game, a multiplayer co-op game, a multiplayer versus game... It all depends on what you want to make it. This is the all in one game, especially when mods get added to the mix. But, even vanilla, command blocks allow skilled members of the community to do some crazy stuff. This game is everything. I feel like I'm missing so much stuff, but again, how do you even review Minecraft ? It's way too big, diverse and up to the player's creativity to review. Play this, and you'll find a way to enjoy it.

This is the best sports game of all-time. The graphics (which are important for a sports game) are superb, the best a 2K game has ever looked (except for maybe 2K15), the gameplay feels just on point: arcady enough to be fun but realistic enough to feel like a simulation. The different modes are really fun. MyCareer having a story was a neat distraction at the time, and the whole "off-court life" aspect of the career really added to the experience. The rest of the modes are solid as ever, without anything really different from previous entries.

It's Wii Sports bitch. You know what this is. You know how good it is. You've played it. Don't lie. You liked it. Don't lie. You had fun. Don't lie. I'm 100% serious when I say that this is one of the most important games of all time, and one of the Wii's best exclusives. And you know it too. Don't lie.

Yes it does, through fun web-slinging and a great nervous combat-system, Marvel's Spider-Man will have you believing, just for an instant, that you've finally achieved 10 year-old you's dream of being bit by a radioactive spider.
The main quests are pretty good, but the side quests are where it's at. I spent a whole day saying "ok just one more thing" because of how fun these objectives are. Also, the fact that traversal is so fun in this game makes it even more addictive to go grab a collectible.
The game's writting is also on point, as always with Playstation Studios. The game's story is touching, had me tear up a couple of times by the end. The dialogues are on point, and so are Spidey's quips during combat.
It's cliché but it's probably the best way to say why this game is so good, it's immersive, so it makes you feel like Spider-Man, with all the adrenaline that comes out of it. Another must-play for all PS4 owners.

The combat is what makes this game. Yeah, the world is stunning. Yeah, the story is great. Yeah, the characters are lovable. But the combat is the best aspect of this game. Item-management is also a core part of the experience, which I loved. The only problem I have with this game is traversal, which feels quite limited and slow, especially when compared to Breath of the Wild. Other than that, the game is incredible.

This game's gameplay is tight. It is so satisfying to beat a difficult boss, or perfect your movement. The locals are breathtaking and full of character. The lore is also on point, which is amazing for such a "small" game.

This game is a perfect representation of the pre-BOTW Zelda formula, which makes it an amazing game. The combat is fun for a Zelda game, the dungeons are great and full of character. The world is full of that same character. The soundtrack is beautiful. Everything about this game is great, from the main story to the side activities. A must-play.
