Ranking all PlayStation first party games (I've played)
With the PS5 being my first PlayStation, after waiting since 2018 and wanting the exclusives so bad during that time. I thought it fitting to rank all the ones I've played up until now

Absolutely f*cking brilliant. As a massive Norse myth nerd. I absolutely adore this game. Now that I have finished it, I can confidently call this my GotY. The combat is amazing and the story even better. It made me laugh, it made me cry. I genuinely haven't been this invested in a story in years

Though I still prefer 2018's story. The gameplay is just so fast and smooth that I just have to put this higher. The webswinging is incredible and the Web Wings add so much, without the game over-relying on them. The combat is fast paced and allows for more self expression than ever. And the symbiote makes you feel so powerful. The combat really makes you feel every punch

As a massive Marvel fan. This game is absolutely spectacular. Lowenthal has to be my favorite Spider-Man of all time. And the ending may or may not have made me cry.

An absolute masterpiece. This game made me cry twice. The story is beautiful, and the graphics are even better. The stealth is a bit too easy. But I find it forgivable because of how good the rest of the game is

It's a damn interactive movie. Everything about this game is gorgeous. The models, the landscapes and the characters design as a whole is amazing. And the story is also surprisingly good. It is a massive improvement over Ratchet 2016. And can't wait to play the PS3 games

As a Dutch person. I absolutely love to finally have a Dutch studio in the AAA scene. It might be a bit of nationalistic bias. But damn, this game is good. The new machine design is spectacular. The story is a bit worse overall. But I did find the story beats far better made than the first game. And I can't wait for Horizon: Call of the Mountain and Horizon III

Though Uncharted 2 is a more cohesive game with a better story. I just can't stop loving this game. The setpieces are still some of the best in the series. From the plane, to the sinking cruise ship. It's unmatched by any game that came before and after it

I can definitely see a quality game here, but it's just not for me. Combat is just a bit too slow for me. I might give Sekiro a try though
