I remember before this game became easily accessible people were always claiming it's one of if not the best game in the series. Laughable doesn't even begin to describe that statement. Abysmal level design everywhere (all those spring board hazards everywhere...). The time travel gimmick adds absolutely nothing.

Thankfully it's short.

It's really hard to rate this and it's DLC. Starts of with a huge sense of wonder and excitement, but in late game, everything becomes so tedious. Even if you get help from a guide which I did (yeah, fight me), I cannot fathom how some people discovered all these cryptic progressions by themselves. Even with those hints you get, some of which really tells you next to nothing or can be unintentionally misinformative. The ending is decent, though.

Why do so many games insist on locking the true final boss fight by having you do several long and hard extra objectives? I played this for over 20 hours on my Steam Deck. I liked it, but not to the point I'm gonna spend many more hours just for a short extra fight. I've had my fill.
