Really, really appreciate that despite how dark and heavy the setting of XVI is, it retains a boundless and unrelenting optimism that things can and will improve. Really an amazing contrast. Clive was a fantastic protagonist and the ‘savior complex who keeps pushing people away’ archetype is full of greats. Love that man sm and I'm gonna be thinking about him for a long ass time

Kevin's journey is much like my own (i get kinda sad sometimes)

An absolute gem of a game. The combat may not have aged well and it's a considerable downgrade in comparison to the two other installments, but it's nonetheless a genius game with incredible level design and great storytelling. Please let there be a Remake of this soon.

The gameplay is great. It’s possibly my favorite out of all mainline Megami Tensei games alongside Nocturne. The exploration is also a high point, even if it’s rather easy to get lost. The music goes unbelievably hard, one of the best soundtracks in any Atlus games.

As for the story, the gameplay is great.
