prob the best current VR game for PSVR2 outside of Gran Turismo. Made me screech like a small child multiple times, would recommend it. The gunplay and general VR mechanics felt well done.

S-tier replayability and level design, so many missions to complete and challenges to chase; probably one of my favorite games ever, and I'd never have guessed prior to playing.

Combat on this one is far and above the best of any ME game and is overall just very well done. I think people are overly harsh on this game; the story isn't anything groundbreaking, but it's good enough. overall, the game honestly reminds me of how I felt about ME1 prior to playing 2 and 3 in terms of story.

nostalgia lenses, but fuck it, one of the greatest, if not the greatest game on the 360.

I'm glad Game Freak did SOMETHING different, but I just couldn't get into this one; the new mechanics were appreciated, but it felt like much of the same at its core, and I could tell by hour 5 that I'd get bored midway through, so I stopped. It's like they took one step forward on fixing pokemon but still have about 50 or so steps before it doesn't suck anymore. The side-quest requests just felt like busywork to me.

Also graphics, specifically, were terrible. Especially coming from a AAA open-world game like Cyberpunk or Death Stranding to green-brown diarrhea that is the land of Hisui.

This game could be a good stepping stone toward an excellent current-gen Pokemon game, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Prob one of the best co-op games out there right now, with a solid community. Crossplay and Game Pass are a huge plus, too. Devs are always adding new content.

Close to perfection. The story is a perfect mix of simplicity and spectacle, and I'd say this is one of the few games worth nearly 100%ing, (fuck getting all Odin's Ravens).

Half a point off just because the enemy variety wasn't always great. Feels like you fight eight different Troll bosses out of like 12 story boss fights in total.

See I'm usually more of a dome getter (please clap), but this game is pretty fun and addicting.

Right now it's a little sparse on content so it's only 3 stars but I bet in a year or from now this game will be even greater than it is now.

I will admit it took me a couple of tries to get into this one, but once it clicked, it clicked. First and only video game to give me goosebumps based on writing alone. The voice acting is phenomenal, and the music and art are on point. I can't think of pretty much anything substantial I'd change.

Where Ragnarok improves on GOW2018's gameplay significantly via new enemies, weapons, etc., I think the story in 2018 is just straight-up better. 2018's simpler story felt more cohesive and hit me harder than most of the story beats in Ragnarok. Some characters, like Freyr, barely get any screen time, and it feels like a missed opportunity and something that wouldn't have happened in 2018 because its roster of characters was so much smaller. Overall a phenomenal game that I'd recommend to most anyone, but I can't help from enjoying 2018 more.
