im stupid as fuck so this game blew my MIND. the world is so easy to fall in love with. i love all the mysteries and appreciate the tropey-ness of it. i love all the characters, yes even desuhiko. either his jokes were funny or i like love khoi dao's voice acting or both. it's very much kodaka's writing. vivia and shinigami are my favorite characters !!!!! also lets not mention how wild basically the last 1/3 of the game is. WOAH. WOAH......... amazing.... the only flaws that i had an issue with/noticed is that i dont like how shinigami's relationship with yuma ended up not being platonic, other than that. i think it was perfect and im looking forward to a sequel. if AI got one, so is rain:code !!!!

eeep ok i recently replayed this with a friend and genuinely it was so fun. i didn't know people hated this one, you guys are heartless! IDGAF ABT THE GAMEPLAY. i love getting to play a father and a story primarily focused on familial bonds MUAH MUAH.... everyone filled their role sooo good in this game, evoked the perfect emotions out of me every scene. rikiya and mine hit so hard. rikiya is genuinely such a good guy with great morals so it just makes you break down at you know what... god kiryu's VA just goes crazy.. AND MINEEEE.... such a deep and complex character, the way every cutscene your just confused by his actions until the climax and really see how much he actually cares about daigo. he's just wayyy too realistic. probably will be one of my favorite antags in the entire series. tears in my eyes. grrr this damn game
