Silver is an action RPG that got pretty popular here after CD Expert translated it to pt-BR and sold for a very cheap price at the turn of the century.

It's kinda hard to search for it since everything points down to Pokémon Silver, but with the right keywords you can find a lot about it, including that translated version cracked and prints from that edition of CD Expert.
