motion sickness hell
being a gamer that gets dizzy with the slightest movement means I've suffered more than jesus
this list was inspired by me playing spyro earlier today and getting really sick I still feel sick but it was a cute game ig

@hilda yes! the other pokemon games didn't cause issues with the running / riding bike but there's something about emerald! the sprites movement whenever pokemon got sent out too didn't help! ;; it's definitely possible that it caused vision issues! like with the movement turning blurry.. it can be heavy on anyone's eyes esp if you constantly like running around waiting for eggs to hatch!!
Yea the sprites move insanely fast in the GBA games for some reason! Not as bad in the other ones idt but they definitely figured that out on the DS... At least they let you run into a wall to hatch eggs ig? Glad the other ones weren't bad though besides violet seemingly heh but I'm assuming that's cause of the framerate/resolution
@hilda yeah! the 3ds ones are slower.. what is it about the gba games that made it speedy and blurry.. wait what I never knew that bumping to eggs counted as a way to make eggs hatch.. this is mindblowing information thank you!! if I ever replay rse now I'll know this thanks to you!! yeah it's cause the framerates but I'm glad it's only this because like.. that aside pokemon games are super accessible and it looks like they've figured out a lot when it comes to making their games approachable and easy for people who are sensitive to things like motions and flashing lights!!
That's good to hear!! Also don't quote me on the walls thing cause I'm pretty sure that was a thing but I can't remember?? I remember doing that for something right next to daycare and I'm pretty sure it was that but I couldn't be bothered to get it out and check myself heh..
