This game makes Dark Souls look like Dark Rookie.

Still can't believe this game really exists.

I think this game is probably the best indie 2D Platformer on Steam, just as good as Celeste and maybe even better.
I've played a lot of fast-paced platform games in the last year. JSRF conquered me with its unique art and soundtrack, Sonic Frontier has many flaws but I also enjoy it, Alien Solider is rough and wild.
But I never get into the 2D Sonic, people say Mania is good but I just can't get it.
Freedom Planet 2 is different, Its quality is undoubtedly one of the best in the genre. From level design, combat, and graphics to the soundtrack, both are top. The biggest difference with 2D Sonic: it never makes you stop, and even if it stops, it's not boring.
Still have a few glitches: some stages are too long and the dialogue writing is awkward.

HOLY SHIT YOU CAN FIGHT V1 IN THIS GAME

They should use the money earned in the mobile game to hire a better localization team.

That's the era when Atlus made not only good games but all kinds of fun games.
Now they only have Persona, Persona without heart, Persona with fire emblem, and...Soul Hackers 2

The animated version is really great.

We always have the dream of saving the world in our childhood. And the world we knew at that time was just the small town where we lived. Every playmate has its own specialty, which is like magic. Sometimes we treat cats and dogs as partners and sometimes as enemies. Some adults are bad guys because their heart isn't pure.
So these are what this game draws.

Why is the chain rod so difficult to use?

Perhaps the most underrated indie game of the year?
Not a lot of innovation, but very comfortable to play, although there is a lack of guidance.
Definitely be my favorite platformer in 2022.
