Very cute game! I feel out of all the N64-style games out on the market, this one nails the aesthetic the best. This game has a very bouncy feel to it. The characters are super cute and likable. The level design is pretty great, and I feel like Seve's abilities compliment it very well. The worst part of the game is the camera. I really wish it could go into first person instead of over-the-shoulder cam. Also, there was one jump I had to make blind in the church in Owlloh's Hollow because the camera could not see where I was trying to jump towards. All in all, great little game.

Of course the game from the Sonic Mania devs would be my current game of the year. Despite it's learning curve, this game controls like a dream in my eyes. There's such a great sense of weight to the movement and it works wonders. The presentation is outstanding, with special compliments going to Tee Lopes for what I feel is his best work ever. I think the only thing I can think of as a nitpick is that some of the bosses weren't terribly interesting. But overall? I think I love this game. Please play it.
