Solid game carried by its writing, world building and voice acting. The gameplay itself can be a mess. The scavenging and zombie stealth/combat are cool. The boring firefights stuck in a dimension of only chest high walls? Not so much.

The last of us WITH gameplay!

Masterclass in level, art, and sound design.

Obtuse and aesthetically challenging, but easy to play and make your way through. Certified classic

This was like a long demo for a better game to come later

I LOVED this. Visually stunning. Bleak and European; greater than the sum of its parts. Cinematic, but not in the way Uncharted is, more like in the David Cronenberg way. But uniquely also a video game. Interactivity allows the thin narrative to be expanded in your head. Also, seems to be greatly inspired by old point and clicks, like Giger's own Dark Seed or I Have No Mouth.

Obviously wears its inspirations on its sleeve, but surprisingly goes to new places with the material, and keeps your imagination running throughout. However, I do have to dock a point for the actual frequency of combat in the mid game. It's mostly tedious and sometimes frustrating.

I appreciate that this is a genuine freak game for freaks, we need more of that. I will recommend this to you online or if you do not know me, and I would likely never tell someone who could see me in person to play this.

OK THE GAME IS GOOD but why is the final boss a bad ikaruga ripoff?

as a huge fan of the original game, this just fucking sucks

it flanderizes everything what made DP1 good and repeatedly bashes you over the head with memes and references until you have blunt head trauma, the ending in particular drove me fucking insane

if you're really easily entertained by how sloppy the whole games and overlook any problems it has cause "hehe bad game funni :)" then good for you, keep on funding ToyBox and their godawful games and ports

This is the best mobile game. It's so much fun

Give this shit a sequel man
