About 10x as much stealth as the first game so that's good. Yes the ideas are interesting but the dialogue still sucks.

I was surprised how little stealth is in this stealth game.

Fun to see everything that would define the series right here.

Surprisingly accessible compared to other games at the time. Part of that is some minor changes made to the port released on MGS3. Played a bit of the NES one too but never got far.

It wasn't very good, but I should still be able to play and not have it locked away forever.

2015

I wish the main character wasn't such an idiot, but the game is very disturbing in a good way.

Had some fun with it when it was given away for free. Couldn't imagine spending money on it.

I remember first playing this when I got my PS4 and thinking "is this what video games are now?"

Since this might be the best sonic game ever made, it has convinced that sonic has always been bad.

Saving it for when I have a ray tracing capable computer.

Made me cry. not even sure why really.

There is a difference between good and bad mediocrity. Bad mediocrity is like an assassins creed game: boring and no creativity. Good mediocrity has having one move being more useful than anything else in the game and that move is picking up furniture and wall tiles and chucking them at enemies and it kicks so much ass.
