Wasn't the best game in the series to start with.

The only souls game I've really liked. Maybe that was a time and place thing, but I suspect it also had to do with the shorter game length and Lovecraft stuff.

The first one I played. Its kind of the least interesting one in retrospect, but I still like the dark world's artstyle and music.
I just don't have the patience for the sailing.
Was disappointing. Not because the game is bad, but because it revealed how phoned in Twilight Princess felt.

Great little pinball game.
The multiplayer was really need for someone who had no other options for online FPS deathmatch.
Got pretty far and then just fell off. Weirdly action focuses for the series.
I played the intro a lot as a kid because I couldn't figure out the rest of the game. Maybe some day I'll finish it.

The backtracking gets old in a ways that you never really experience in the 2D games, but its still a classic.
Its kind of weird because In some ways super Metroid is already sort of a remake of the first game. But yeah, this is a good first Metroid.
