I loved this game. The puzzles were at times challenging but not frustratingly so. The world is beautiful and I wish I was able to know more lore behind it. The build up of plot was well timed and the finish was just as impactful as I think the devs intended it to be. A stunning story of love and loss.

An emotional swimming lesson...

In all seriousness, this is a pretty bleak game. Leverages a unique, albeit an incredible awkward control scheme that takes some getting used to. Wasn't bad - worth playing if you like sad, fairytale-like experiences. Plus, it is only a couple hours long.

It is a fun experience, should try it one day in co-op

This game had an interesting gimmick of controlling two people at once. Puzzles were pretty straight forward except for one or two. It was fine.

Queria jogar há algum tempo, peguei na Epic de graça. Jogo curtinho e bem tristinho.

Legal para ver como algumas ideias do Josef Fares evoluíram até chegar no It Takes Two.

Who says a game can't make you cry?
I enjoyed every second of this and it kept me hooked from beginning to end. Still this game may not be for everyone specially if you are more into gameplay than actually enjoying the story.

Inventive and melancholic indie classic.

The reason I played this game was because it was the progenitor of A Way Out and It Takes Two, It met my expectations, I can see how much the design philosophy has evolve from this game.

I experience some graphical issues while playing, nothing game breaking though, the game ran alright on my PC. The ending for the game took a real dark twist, the setting and environment was surprisingly dark at times, those are what I liked about the game.

Overall the game didn't age that well, its an okay experience.

I barely rememeber the game, but I remember enjoying it and really liking the overall story and ending.

never trust an acrobatic women

This was definitely a beautiful adventure. Totally worth it.

i never expect too much from cinematic platformers because i don't really think that genre is a good idea. however, of the ones i've played, this is actually the most cinematic – not that it's any great compliment. overall, the gameplay is fairly standard, offering no great challenge with ridiculously easy puzzles. the story, even without any real dialogue, holds up well, and the environment is impressive. still, i don't think it is enough to justify a game with such a boring gameplay.

....I played this with my brother, the last sequence fucked us up for a good while....

História linda e maravilhosa, recomendo demais jogar com controle, jogar no teclado é meio paia

This is the kind of game that I would argue as one of those to prove that video games are an art form. It's a fantastic story about two brothers to attempt to find a cure for their dad in this magical fantasy world. It conveys message and thoughts of the different people involved through expressions as they speak in a babble much like The Sims.

You can always understand what exactly is going on due to the way they act, wave their arms, point to things or express in their face. The story itself is very beautiful and sad whilst the mechanics of controlling both brothers can get confusing at time whilst attempting to keep your eyes on your movements, it's still a lot of fun and never feels too difficult or that the game is being unfair. Simply, it'll always be your fault if you die, I find.

I recommend this to anyone who is interested.

So I finish this game and a remake announcement appears out of thin air?? We are so back!! Their mom isn't though lolololol.

At first glance, this game looks stupid, but it's pretty gruesome (and stupid). The main gimmick is two characters for one controller but I summoned a bestie again through remote play and so here we are. We actually plowed through without ever talking, so that's another neat thing, and the game is piss easy so it was a good call to spice it up, even though we didnt, huh, call or anything as mentioned before. I'll look at the remakes' cutscene because there are a few i look forward to, I don't see the point in replaying it for slightly better graphics / different art direction. We will not be replaying.

this game means childhood, though i never got the chance to complete it until now that im older. short game and pretty sad too, a little tedious at times but still fine.

Quite possibly one of, if not the finest example of storytelling through gameplay. No game had succeeded in making me shed a tear until this one. The way the narrative comes full circle and intersects with the controls is sublimely executed. Any notion of playing this as a true co-op would fundamentally defeat the purpose of the game.

An evocative score, and a charming art style also go a long way towards making this an indelible experience.
