An inoffensive, cute game which applies the Katamari Damacy formula to a game about cartoon animals and donuts. The art is nice and the gameplay does what is sets out to do.

Despite that, the short length and lack of depth or variety left me a little let down. It's a game I could see myself recommending to a family member who has never played games before, otherwise I will probably not remember it for long.

A super solid game that I wish I could have experienced back when it first came out. Some elements feel a little dated by today's standard, but the story and gameplay hold up supremely well.

Main complaint is that the Rune system doesn't feel as fleshed out as it could be and make the game too easy, even on high difficulties. I'd probably have enjoyed it even more using only Blink.

Overall had a great time and I'm excited to get into the DLC and sequel soon.

Played through this game more times than I care to admit, but ultimately it's a shallow husk of what came before.

2.5/5 out of the gate, but made a lot better with mods.

Novelty multiplayer game that never quite came into it's own. Concept is fun, but minigames are a coinflip. Some are great and some make you want to pull your hair out.

A truly unique experience from start to finish. The organic co-op blew my mind when I first played this and sliding down the giant sand hill still makes me smile. Absolutely incredible soundtrack and non-verbal storytelling.

I'm not writing a long entry for The Witcher. It's The Witcher. Masterclass in the crowded genre of the "open world action RPG." Every corner of the world is packed with detail, virtually every quest feels worthwhile, and the visuals are breathtaking - DLC especially.

Truly a favorite of all time for me.

A fun experience that left me wanting more. Some very cute designs from the slimes to the environments they live in, but the game is too easily "solved." I would have loved to see more complex building/ranching systems available in the ultra late portion of the game to those who want it.

Optimistic about the sequel!

A delightful, yet shallow experience. It lacks much of the charm and energy that earlier entries in the series brought and the online play is sorely behind the times.

I enjoyed my time with it for a couple months of sporadic play, but it didn't hook me like earlier ones did.

Fun novelty game. Not much here outside of a few whacky moments and silly set pieces. It's one of those games you have a friend play blind just to see their reaction to everything that happens.

Certainly a game I will remember for a long time, but nothing that sticks with me as truly impressive.

Solid game that's left lacking as a result of the "Zelda" branding. It's a vast departure for the series that mostly works, but not always.

Biggest issue with the game is the weapon and armor systems. The scaling and durability system lead to situations where the world is not truly open.

I had some incredible moments exploring the world, but wasn't left overly impressed by the game overall. Maybe the sequel will knock it out of the park!

Fun for what it is! Basically a silly pirate sandbox to play around in with friends. No real meaningful objectives or progression outside of cosmetics and your mileage will vary greatly based on your social circle.

If you have a group of buddies who all want to invest and learn it, you will have a lovely time. Nothing too special, but nothing too offensive.

Best in the series, best PS4 exclusive ever made. Bloodborne has one of the most unique worlds I've ever seen in a video game with a second half shift out of left field that left me speechless.

It's demanding and equally rewarding, although some bosses are bullshit as is tradition in all Soulsborne. Chalice Dungeons are a cool inclusion and offer some unique replayability and challenges.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

The GOAT battle royale. Refined the genre, innovated and improved the gameplay, and continued the rise of "hero shooters" in the wake of Overwatch.

Fantastic game that's only gotten better with time.

I mean it's Minecraft. What can possibly be said that hasn't already been said?

It's a masterstroke of design and a game that demands appreciation. I have an infinite number of stories and memories made through Minecraft, especially as a platform for community building and friendships.

The only knock I would give against Minecraft is a lack of true development and innovation since it first came out. Minecraft Dungeons showed how much creativity and flexibly the Minecraft universe offers in terms of worlds, enemy design, etc.

With that being said, still a GOAT. Just one that I wish had a little bit more to it.

MASTERPIECE. Absolutely unmatched character and world design. Witty and charming storytelling. Mechanically inspired.

This is one I recommend constantly to anyone who hasn't ever dived into singleplayer RPG titles before. It's the best Mario game of all time and it sets the bar impossibly high for everything that comes after.
