Supremely excellent co-op shooter with some of the deepest replay value of any game. Missions are entertaining, the presentation value is through the roof, and gameplay is just consistently so fun.

Also worth shouting out the community. One of the most welcoming and friendly groups of people out there.

So much missed potential here. As someone who absolutely loves both roguelikes and auto-battlers, this seemed like a slam dunk of a concept. It was fun to mess around with for a couple hours, but decisions are extremely shallow and runs become deeply repetitive.

It's obvious there was care put into certain aspects of the game, but I definitely would not recommend it as it exists now.

There is no review of this game that I could write that wouldn't be beyond biased by nostalgia. Battlefield 3 set the gold standard for the genre when it came to enormous set pieces and large scale action. Seeing helicopters and tanks blowing up buildings was astounding and the gunplay was serious fantastic.

Not every gamemode and map was a winner, but overall I think this and BF4 were the highpoints for the series. Incredible memories every step of the way here.

Truly the most addicting strategy game I've ever played. I've returned to this alien-blasting adventure more times than I can remember and I'm always immediately invested.

I will say, this is another great example of a game saved by the modding community. So many QoL and content additions turn this from a bumpy but memorable ride into a true delight. A painful, painful delight.

Inquisition is a massive and impressive undertaking with it's fair share of flaws. It suffers from some uninspired quest design but does so many things right that I can't help but love it.

Memorable characters, highly entertaining combat, and some seriously gorgeous looking environments all make this something worth returning to.

I found the conclusion of the game to be a little half-baked, but that's not stopping me from getting very excited for the sequel. Here's hoping that it can build upon the foundation this game built nearly a decade ago.

Blazed through this one on Game Pass and overall thought it was decent! It accomplishes what it sets out to do. It's a reasonably entertaining shooter doused in Justin Roiland humor that will either be a huge positive or a huge negative for every player. The jokes range from genuinely hilarious to mind-numbingly played out.

This to me is a perfect Game Pass title. It's absolutely not worth a full $60-$70 retail price, but if you need a fun time killer this will definitely deliver on that.

Fantastic take on the colony sim genre! Against the Storm avoids the classic genre conundrum of overly tedious late game scenarios by forgoing this entirely. You never get to lategame, you just push your way through to a new colony with new challenges.

I think this has enormous potential to improve even further over the coming years as Early Access development continues. There are a few features missing that I'd love to see added eventually such as the ability to micromanage production orders further.

I am crazy excited for this game to get some more time being updated! Seriously great foundation from the art, sounds, and general game feel. It's simultaneously cozy and enormously stressful which I think is a great balance to strike.

Fun little game! It definitely gets repetitive after a while and I wish certain systems were a little more fleshed out. Bartering is... questionable.

Some really awesome art and good ideas on display. I'd love to see the developers follow this game up with something that builds on the foundations of this.

I've spent an ungodly amount of time with Red Dead 2 and your enjoyment of this game is entirely going to come down to what perspective you bring into it. While it has high-action sections, the vast majority of the game is spent in slow and quiet moments. Sometimes it gets a little TOO slow for it's own good and for the sake of realism.

It's a really special world that's been built here and a game that sets a high bar for other open world games in the genre.

Do everything in your power to avoid even the tiniest spoiler for this game if you're interested. Truly an incredible game from start to finish with some unexpected twists.

Absolutely incredible game that's held back by some awkward controls and UI decisions. I'm excited to hear that more programmers have been hired so the Steam version can get even more built out than it is at the moment!

True excellence in the colony sim genre and I know it's only up from here :)

A seriously excellent horror experience from front to back.

Signalis absolutely nails the tone and tension that make the survival horror genre special. There were some moments that truly do stick with me even after the game is done. The gorgeous, retro aesthetic of everything is also worth gushing over.

Some small things like the inventory system and awkward combat keep this from being a 5/5 for me, but overall I think this deserves the praise that it gets.

Extremely unforgiving, intensely demanding, and a whole lot of fun. Spelunky is one of the most memorable and brutal co-op experiences I've ever played. One wrong move and you're dead, but the same goes for every obstacle and enemy in your path.

There's definitely a harsh learning curve, but once you start getting deeper into the game, it really thrives. This will not be for everyone and it's certainly not perfect, but I'm a fan.

Awesome starting point for this game, but a long ways to go before it feels like a complete experience. There's an enormous amount of jank that limits how fun it is to play for an extended amount of time.

I'm super excited to revisit this in a couple years, but for the time being I don't think it's more than a novelty.
