Yes I have played (and beat) all of em. Yes some of them sucked. But, MegaTen will always be my fav franchise. Persona 2 and Digital Devil Saga are games that genuinely changed my life so yeah, I love Megami Tensei.

If you're looking for some classic, kick ass, MegaTen gameplay with a phenomenal story then def check out DDS. (also it has the best soundtrack in any game ever, take my word)

This is a combination of Kuro no Shou and Aka no Shou so I included it instead of the individual games, considering it's a better version of both.
This will be the only other note I leave on the Demikids/Devil Children games, don't play them unless you want to hate yourself :)

My one and only hot take, this game sucks! The plot is lame, the characters are lame, and this game has aged horribly. I will say though, this game has some BANGERS.
