An absolute masterpiece that not only is an excellent RPG in its own right, but it's a great way to think about how to be a father. How to carry on a legacy to a new generation. Masterful game, and I completely understand why Dragon Quest is as powerful as it is.

An incredibly stellar finale to an amazing series. Every part of it is a mesh of the first 2 games, bringing back the best of both worlds. I swear, I'll be watching Takashi Miike movies and yelling out my favorite dessert for weeks to come thanks to this weird game that has captured my heart.

One of the better musou games out there outside of the regular series. Being the 3rd version of a Wii U game, it's jam packed to the brim with content, while, albeit repetitive, will keep you going for hundreds of hours if you let it. Definite recommend for Zelda fans and musou fans!

A well done fighting game that really shows more love to Sonic's huge roster than Sega has in the past few years. Plus I love seeing Mecha Sonic return in some capacity!

Much like the drink the game is based around, Coffee Talk is a relaxing experience that really feels like a game meant to unwind and get lost in a relaxing story. It's short, it's easy, it's simple. I really hope other games like this come around in the future, because it was a very nice change of pace.

A challenging hack and slash game with a criminally small budget. I can feel the promise that comes from this game! But the lack of resources and money really shines through in the presentation. It borrows a lot from the final season rather than across the series. I appreciate the deeper cut of villains that was used, but I would have enjoyed seeing more variety, like the Chritchellites, The Guardian, or even just Evil Jack, but it seems like the team did what they could do.

It's a good game, fun even! But it makes me wish for a Samurai Jack game with even greater variety that fully runs the gambit of what this amazing television series has to offer.

I'd say very generic and unimpressive. It lacks a lot of the staples that Minecraft is known for, even something as simple as the walking animations. Hard to believe Smash Ultimate did a better job of representing Minecraft than Minecraft Dungeons.

I have by in large hated Ubisoft games for the last decade because they always came off as poor quality. But this is definitely the exception to the rule. Once you get past the bizarre premise, Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a fantastic tactical shooter on the level of X:Com. It's easy to pick up hard to master gameplay kept me going through its worlds, and even made me laugh once or twice.

It usually goes for very very cheap nowadays, so pick it up next time it's on sale for $5.

A masterpiece of the JRPG genre, with a strong narrative structure and cast. Truly a revolutionary game of its time that has aged more gracefully than some will admit. Absolute must play if you love JRPGs.

Pure buns. It's on the level of Sega Bass Fishing, but even that game does some things better. It's buggy, slow, and sometimes rather unreasonable. You'd have a better time with Big's story in Sonic Adventure.

Also, admin, can you put the box art on this? It feels so weird to it not have a box at this point.

Sony's marketing team sucks so much balls, because I came into this game expecting it to be generic and dull, mostly completely uninspired.

But between the incredibly strong platforming, the LBP charm retained, and the excellent rhythm platforming levels that took me back to the days of Rayman Origins, this is definitely a game worth looking into and playing. It's basically Sony's Super Mario 3D World. Just don't expect a ton of customization, because that is absolutely not here at all.

Reminds me a lot of Fighting EX Layer. I'm fully on board with another Virtua Fighter game, but 5 feels like the best and worst that old school fighting games have to offer. It's absolutely a treat to play, but you can definitely do better. I hope the series doesn't remain dormant and keeps striving to be better so it can stack up the big boys of the genre.

A major improvement over the first game, with online co-op, dungeons, daily bonuses, and even carrying over the characters from Dragon Quest Heroes 1. Definitely give this a go if you like Dragon Quest and Musou games, the tower defense emphasis isn't anywhere as strong as it was in the first game.

A fantastic return to form for the formerly stagnant franchise. While the game can be punishing, its easy to pick up hard to master style is what made itself so iconic to begin with. Combo inputs can be difficult, but nothing that can't be figured out with repetition. Definitely worth playing and going back to again and again for anyone familiar with Tony Hawk's better games.

This is a collection of 3 RPGs that created the JRPG genre. They are so immersive and clever, and genuinely enjoyable and fun to play. Grinding can be a pain, plus some of the stuff in 1 can be cryptic, while 2 has a bullshit encounter rate, and 3 requires you to grind a whole bunch, the games themselves should be considered required playing when getting into RPGs. Absolute masterpieces, from start to finish.
