It's more Cuphead, which is something we definitely needed more of in this world. As is the case with vanilla, the game continues to be gorgeous, but you already knew that. However, the new content managed to set the bar even higher. Something I really noticed playing through the new content is just how gorgeous the backgrounds are. There's also much more animation on display. Everything feels busier (in a good way) and full of life. I actually found myself having trouble playing the game because I was distracted by looking at the animation work. Also, big A+ for the use of models and miniatures. The new content is also well designed, providing some of the best content in Cuphead, as a whole. The bosses have a lot more going on yet feel more coordinated and well put together. There is some rng but it never feels like bullshit. I would recommend playing the dlc as Ms. Chalice, since it seems like the said boss fights were built with her unique moveset in mind. This was a perfect addition to Cuphead. It was short, sweet, and is a nice bookend on this truly special game.

so badass... I mean look at that cover!

Horrible. Completely ruins the visuals of the original, replacing everything with a hodgepodge of assets from games with vastly different visual styles.

anticipating the Witches of Tanglewood Bog update

I found a rat in my boot and then I was mustard gassed

someone stole my sack of pesos from my belt I think it was an assassin

aidan pierce needs some bitches and perhaps some blow(cocaine)

Fuck the unskippable cutscenes

SO close to perfection. Seamless translation of the Metroid formula into 3d. Seriously, so much of this game is reminiscent of Super Metroid. However, the key hunt can be a bit annoying and the final boss IS FUCKINGGGGGGG HORRIBLE

Multiplayer fun as fuck no cap
