Trying out games list thing (1/27/21-3/31/21)

A couple friends were asking me on Discord if there was a way to see what games I'm trying out next in what order
So here's a regularly updated list, with notes updating how I felt after trying it out for each.
List will be culled and replaced with a new selection after I finish each game on the bottom.

Games currently finishing not on this list: Dark Souls III, Ring Fit

5/5 and Finished - Love it to pieces
3.5/5 Sampled - Really cool looking doom wad. Loved the first map most of the three I tried. Bit run of the mill but it's interesting.
4/5 Sampled - Absoutely brutal scoring game. Forces you to learn the mechanics and I enjoyed my time.
3.5/5 Finished - Very touhou.
4/5 Sampled - L4D with the fat trimmed and the downtime removed. Incredibly heart-pumping fast paced strategic gameplay that I can't wait to come back to and finish on higher difficulties with friends.
4/5 and Finished - GOOD Touhou
4/5 Sampled - My self anxieties caused the somewhat poisonous nature of the strict scoring system berating you for not doing a good enough job to be exaggerated. Ended up clinching the vibes a bit. The game works amazingly in spite of that, especially with the music. Not super excited to come back, but I know I'll love it
4.5/5 Sampled - Best fps multiplayer I've ever tried ngl. Grateful to have friends who can help me get into this game.
3.5/5 and Finished - Brutal masocore pattern recognition. I respect it despite my eye pain
4/5 Sampled - Charming, soulful, and genuinely tugs at the heart strings while delivering solid puzzle crash gameplay!!
3.5/5 Sampled - Pretty good! Honestly more terrifying coming back to it, and the decision-making is still rather solid.
2.5/5 Abandoned - Puzzler disguised as a shmup, hate its memorization heavy bs rather than fixing what problems my skill lacks. Too tenuous, kinda revolting.
3.5/5 Sampled - Adorable and fun, brimming with an earnest soul to it. Feels like the wings of pixel were clipped a bit by NICALIS's shit, but it's still enjoyable.
4/5 Sampled - Ok I get why tankies are angry (fuck em) cuz the political commentary doesn't exactly work. But the complete stress and moralistic tension is palpable and all-consuming and I actually think the gameplay is damn fucking fine when trying to get as many rules in your head down and cross-checking under time as possible.
I might just be crazy tho.
3.0/5 Sampled - In my mind I see that place, Demon's Hill. One day I'll return
3.5/5 Finished - Good shit!!!
4/5 Sampled - I am not the creative type. Despite this, the heart here made me squeal. God it's wide as hell
3.5/5 Shelved - Wide joyful vibes that I really needed recently. Gets too sleepy for my tastes sometimes but I'm looking forward to going back.
2.5/5 Abandoned - Mehhhh why does stuff with mechs have to be so boring to play through
3.0/5 Sampled - This is the corporate comfort shmup but it's comfortable so why not
4/5 Sampled - Such an old Doom WAD but it's so fucking great like wowwwwwww. Also hates you

Off

4.5/5 Sampled - Holy shit this is my jam ahhhh. I can't make sense of much of it at all that it hurts my head, but I'm SO excited to come back to this
4/5 Sampled - Slow start aside for the first four acts, I quite like the quick complexity everything builds up too. The game resets the genre it is like twice it’s bizarre and super cool
3.5/5 Finished - FeelsGoodMan
3.5/5 Finished - Classic for a reason! I guess! Idk it hits what you expect
4/5 Sampled - People talk about how OSU is more fun but this is where the soul existed and is already much better just for it.
3.5/5 Sampled - Dartmoor is too good for the hitman franchise
4/5 Finished - Great haunting cavern. Took a bit to hit but when it does, mwah
Sorry but I don't think i'm capable of playing this
4/5 Sampled - Some crazy people said "Hey what if we limited ourselves to the Doom 1 weaponset and enemyset AND limited ourselves to what was introduced in the first episode."
3/5 Sampled - Neat early dungeon crawler. Control interface takes a lot of getting used to but it's very old

this actually isnt a bad idea, might try this sometime to keep track of whats on the top of the list to get thru/invite people to yell at me (NICELY AND SMARTLY) which ones should be gotten thru sooner rather than later

if im gonna be that guy, kero blasters good and doesnt require a lot dedication to it. and i hear it has a good ios port if that appeals to you/is a possibility
thanks! and i don't mind the comments at all ^^
I actually already own Kero Blasters on PC and don't tend to play stuff on the go, but if I like it I'm most definitely gonna try out the iOS port.
