I have mixed feelings about this game. On one hand, it's visually gorgeous and has incredible sound design. The combat is fun but tedious at times. You spend a lot of time either watching cutscenes, running down hallways, or climbing up or across walls and cliffs. Some sections of this game are an absolute SLOG. One in particular that most who have played the game would probably agree on. I had fun with the game, but I seem to be in the minority in thinking it is overrated.
A solid blast from the past, the gameplay of the first Crash game can feel quite dated at times however. Lot's of "gotcha" difficulty moments and questionable design. Still a great platformer. Remake has great art style, great music, commendable effort for remaking the first three Crash games along with Spyro.

A wonderful JRPG with a good combat system. Somewhat of a singleplayer MMO, only with a captivating story with great characters. Side quests are almost entirely uninteresting, however. The vast majority of side quests are just meant to be completed as you work your way through the story. Few of them add anything new to the story. Excellent music as well, pretty good graphics and the environments have a great sense of scale. Can sometimes be detrimental though, as in order to get through some areas, you just have to run in a straight line for a long time. There is even an auto-run button so you don't have to hold the stick forward if you don't want to.

Tried so hard to find the fun in this game but I just couldn't. It's like someone just checked off all the features of Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley with more tedium and none of the soul. Just kind of ran around for 4 hours selling fish and all I had to show for it was a general store and a museum. The reason why AC and Stardew are so good is because of everything you can interact with in between the tedium. Having to manually pick up every single item I try to harvest is a big turnoff too.
I grabbed it because I had heard good things and it had high marks on Steam but I don't know how this game is rated as highly as it is.

Very disappointed by the design decisions of the final level. Obviously, with a name like "The Impossible Lair," the level should be hard, but the game does not prepare you for the difficulty spike in the final level, so it ruined the feel of the game for me. It turned a very fun, and occasionally challenging 2D platformer into a frustrating death loop akin to something like Super Meat Boy. The rest of the game is beautiful, well made, has memorable music. The final level really sours the overall experience, and it's very disappointing. 4/5 without final level, 3.5/5 with.
The newest installment in the Animal Crossing franchise, and quite possibly the best. Dizzying amounts of customization. Beautifully stylized graphics. Retains the charm of the older titles, although with some faults. Dialogue so far is charming at times but ultimately less complex than previous games. Focus is definitely on island customization and building cool scenery. Still a fantastic game that also appears to be getting plenty of support.

Totally captivating mystery game about a ship whose entire crew goes missing. The Macintosh filter effect and jaunty soundtrack are super cool and give the game such a unique feel. The sound design for each chapter of the tale is also really good at giving you context clues for solving each mystery. At a certain point, all the pieces of the puzzle start falling into place and it becomes so satisfying to solve each group of three. Highly recommend.
