The rewrite for the context behind Fetch's tragedy is glaring but that doesn't take away from the fact that Neon at full power just feels right.

The peak that modern open world design can offer. Wonderful combat, griping narrative and beautiful landscapes. Play this on a challenging difficulty and experience a legend in the making.

A weaker experience when compared to works like Dishonored and Prey. Good on the first go but limiting in its design. If you want this game done better just go play Prey: Mooncrash.

Crispy critters this game is a fucking mess. There are aspects of this game that I love but everything comes with a "but" at the end.

I love the facility and its testing chambers, but the open world design of it is garbage and uninteresting. I love the gunplay and abilities, but earning them is a chore due to poor resource management. The themes are compelling but the main character and plot are poorly written.

Honestly this is such a bummer because this was my most anticipated game of 2023. Did I hate it no, but I wouldn't recommend it.

A solid speed run simulator mixed with some light visual novel elements. The story isn't anything special but some of the characters are pretty solid. In the end the gameplay makes up for any shortcomings and you won't be disappointed in this original concept.

There is no excuse for this level of handholding in a Pokemon game. The originals were for kids too but they weren't this condescending. This franchise is a mess most of the time.

It is honestly shocking this game got a sequel considering how barebones it is. I would say the only true thing holding this together is the narrative. But even that has some miles on it.

I totally see why this is most peoples favorite in the series. It is a compelling start for Ezio and is a massive improvement on the first game when it comes to gameplay. If somehow you missed this one, I would say it is worth it.

This is the game that cemented Ezio as a gaming icon to me.

Stumbles a bit and this is where I first started feeling fatigue from this series. However looking back it did have a fitting end to Ezio as a character. Even if the needless modern day segments continue to bog it down.

Okay so he is a Native American assassin trying to hide amongst a crowd by trying to pass as Spanish. Okay I get that given the time period. MAYBE don't wear a white assassin hood embellished with Native American iconography. My point is the white hoods are stupid and only really made sense in the first game.

Ditch the white assassin hoods and this game is 5 stars.

So I don't know what happened for people to have such fond memories of this one. But all I remember was its mediocre main character and bugged out gameplay.

Yeah I am aware this is just more black flag but you play as an Irish bad guy. This series is kind of dumb most of the time so I say just party with it. Kind of funny that I liked this one way more than the (at the time) next-gen AC Unity.

I have fond memories of this one as it feels very black flag in tone. Very over the top and looking to entertain above anything else. It's funny but when these games focus on the unique aspects of their time periods over being an assassin's creed game I find them very appealing.
